Excellent shopping experience!

It was the first time I made a purchase and shopping is easy like a breeze. The aesthetics of the eshop, items curation and styling of the clothes is excellent. My order was dispatched at a glance and arrived with express delivery in 1 day. Unfortunately, I had to return my purchase, because it was not for me (I bought a pair of sunglasses and that is a pretty difficult venture when done online). The return process was also extremely convenient, Anenue 32 processed my return very quickly and the money were back in my credit card at no time. I would definitely recommend the eshop and I will be returning pretty soon!

Despair over sizes and delivery charges

Ordered 1pair boots in my size according to size guide (£6 delivery charge) - but were too small so ordered next size up (another £6 delivery charge) - still too small and obviously had been worn previously and returned. What a waste of time, money and effort. Not very happy!
