AWFUL COMPANY- do not order from them. do not reply to you, haven’t even sent me my items and aren’t refunding me

Make you pay to return - I’ve been asking on instructions to send back the items I’ve actually received. Nearly 2 months later- still no instructions. Still no reply. Still no refund.

Scamming people.

Amazing casino and always get free chips

I ordered a brush from their eBay store and it stopped working and I have not had the refund. Additionally, I was told to make a request for the refund via PayPal and accidentally sent them the money and they have still not responded to my five emails or giving me my refund.

Scam Site on Amazon, needs to be investigated purchased items coming to a total of £100.00 and have not received them, they state they've dispatched the Items on Amazon yet the delivery courier states otherwise *No Items have been received* absolutely disgraceful. Like the other's on here I wish I read the Reviews before purchasing......

Purchased Avant-garde item through Wowcher. Was told item would be delivered before 9th May. I have emailed them myself and Wowcher customer services have also tried. They are not responding and have basically stolen my money

Bought two items from them via boohoo man. My God they sent me like 200 emails saying there's an update on the delivery status of your item. Spammed my email

I bought a Groupon for my daughter they said they didn't have a Saturday appointment so I took her after school the lady looked at her hair and said this will take more than an hour because it's tangled or "minted" she then called her manager and said that I have wasted her session and that I need to come back another day but give her manager the voucher code without getting the service I was very disappointed and I called her manager like she advised me but he was just as bad, he said that I couldn't go back and that I should of sorted my daughter's hair before going I tried to explain to him but he seemed narky and He just told me to go somewhere else and hung up. I think the manager should care about customer service more than the money!!

bought goods weeks ago and advised seller about Evri and that they would not deliver to me they kept saying it will be delivered and I am on about 6 messages to say it wont be delivered now. Advised them I wanted a replacment to be sent out on another carrier they refused saying they only use evri and would not accomodate my custom. I will never use this company again as customer service it shocking waited weeks for an order and they have my money and no good now need to wait on a refund

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! Placed and order for £150 worth of stuff on 1st Dec heard nothing since!! chased via e mail and all social media platforms heard nothing back!! wish i read all these reviews before ordering too

Sent several emails and no response from the customer service! AVOID!

Absolutely awful company. I bought an advent calendar on eBay and immediately paid for it. The company then paid for postage through Evri but failed to send it. They have cancelled my order and are now selling the advent calendars for 3 times the price on their website! I have asked them about this and raised a complaint with eBay who were fully on my side! Do not buy anything from this awful company as no guarantee you will actually receive anything! BEWARE

So I ordered a Christmas gift from Debenhams, did not know that this stage there were using this brand, if I had seen reviews I would not have gone ahead. I paid well over the odds for an advent calendar, but came damaged, unable to replace as out of stock. Was offered under £3 refund (calendar was over £50) just do not use this brand or Debenhams

I have emailed this company six times about my order with no response. I've also contacted them via all their active social media accounts with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM.

I paid and placed an order on 16 August 2024 through OnBuy for two laundry fabric conditioners, Avant Gard being the seller. Unfortunately, this has never arrived. The order number is T5F2XBB.

I made an order from this company, paid next day delivery but didn't receive it next day. Then the garments were such poor quality and not good sizing when they arrived I sent them straight back but had to pay the return fee, how does that work? Then they refund me but didn't refund the shipping fee. So I've just paid £10 for them to send me something and me send it right back to you, now I'm £10 out of pocket. Terrible service, very unhappy customer, unprofessional business cutting corners.

Do not order from this company as it’s a scam. I ordered a few tracksuits for a friend. Firstly the quality of the fabric was awful and secondly it has also been 3 weeks since I sent back my parcel and I have had no correspondence whatsoever so ever. I have emailed this company on multiple occasions and have been ignored.
Avoid this company at all costs. 192 pounds this company owes me!

Absolutely rubish, I return my items because they didn’t fit and they didn’t return my money back, I sent them so many proof of return but they just sent me one email to confirm their refunds but the refund never hit my bank account, don’t waste your time and money with this fraudulent scheme

Scam website. Everything is heavily overpriced, item descriptions don't match what they're trying to sell. Actually made the mistake of purchasing something from them, item didn't match the description yet, upon contacting them they state that it's correct. Avoid at all costs.

Joggers fit fine but the hoodie , what even is this I ordered a medium which is what came but it fits like a xxl how can your sizing be so off , the hoodie is like a wing suit more than anything.
