The colleague handling my case was super informative. He went back and forth with me on call explaining me every step of the process. He contacted the garage as well and had a chat with them with regards to the repairs and then when he required further details about the repairs, he emailed with the questions so the mechanic can respond to that.

Great service with this company. Not like other warranty company's try to get out of them. Syed help us from start to finish and kept me updated on my app. 👍

This is an updated review for my experience with AutoGuard. Initially and issue with my van was not covered and therefore not paid out. I had a second issue with the turbo, which AutoGuard did cover. I’ve therefore changed my rating to a 4 because when a part is covered under warranty, they’re actually very good

They rejected the claim without a reason. That is the point in having a warranty if claims just rejected.

No explanation why they rejected my repairs with the garage. The warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

When you buy a vehicle for over eighty thousand pounds and you are told you have “Engineering warranty” for twelve months, you would think that if a faulty ( Factory fitted ) engine component (Glow plug ) was detected . That it would be covered by the warranty company! Well it is NOT covered, not only that but I had to pay a garage ( garage from a list the warranty company recommended )a fee of £90 to diagnose the faulty item , because the warranty company doesn’t pay that either!
Sadly this experience has soured the purchase from the company that has recommended the warranty company and with whom I will be contacting to advise them of the warranty company’s failure to pay for , what should ( due to it being a factory fitted part ) be a part that is guaranteed to do more that just over 4,000 miles.
Normally I like to leave good feedback but on this occasion I can Not see a plus to having this warranty cover.

I made a mistake with my recent claim by not notifying AWL before putting my vehicle into the garage for work. After explaining the reason and circumstances they began to process my claim. The claim was settled in good time with zero issues. All of the staff I had contact with were polite and very helpful. I initially thought they would deny my claim for not initially notifying them but they treated me as an individual and took into account my issues. When I took out the warranty I was sceptical but AWL have shown me that they are an honest company who work to help and not try to deny liability.

Unfortunately I had to use the warranty within 6 months of having my motorhome. Thankfully, the warranty covered most of the repair cost which relieved some of the stress.

I would just advice that you complete and save proof of all service appointments as this couldve cancelled my contract. However on finding such proof my claim was quickly and effectively reinstated and paid.
Play by their rules/your contract with them and they are fair and just

Pointless cover paid for they do not cover anything, happy to take your money but not prepared to pay out when needed. Complete scam
