Well, they are sending your parts quickly, occasionally get it wrong bug you get refund. Them are still missing a lot of parts like some basic lower rear arm screws but overall they are doing OK!

Expensive return policy to Germany
Tried to cancel the item within 2 hours of placing the order but they said it had already been packaged.
To return a product you have to return it to Germany. Postage prices are very high plus VAT and customs charges. Absolutely ridiculous as they send the items from the UK.
Won't be using them again

The product arrived quickly but best of all was the accurate photo of the car part. We had been struggling to get the right part as the length of nozzle had to be short and we kept finding parts with a longer nozzle. The photo clearly showed it could be the one we wanted, and it was!

Rubbish delivery, no customer service
From the start this company fails you, forsed into installing a app.
Selected the parts I needed from a registration search so you believe what you're getting is correct.
You go to finish your order and get delivery options.
3 options all on the same day but 3 different costs, so you're going to pick the cheapest. So expecting my delivery in the next 2 days.
5 days later the delivery company gets the parcel.
Next day you receive it (delivery company did there job)
One of the parts this waste of space has sent is wrong, you can only talk to a bot so multiple choice on your complaint, then the bot sends it too some someone who says you're not entitled for replacement or refund.You can't email directly because it's ignored.
Mine was a serpentine belt, you take it out a sleave put it on find out it's the wrong size and put back in the sleave. Because of that I'm not allowed to have it replaced.
So app uninstalled, and every time I see a pop up or anything of this company will be blocked.

Honestly one of the worst retail…
Honestly one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. Good luck dealing with the AI chatbot when they get your order wrong. Also it helps to speak fluent German (I don’t). Still waiting on a response for a refund due to the incorrect replacement being “recommended by their experts” which isn’t suitable for my car.

postage cost and incorrect parts
Didn't like postage cost. Didn't like that I used my car reg and the site said the part would fit but the splines on the ac condenser clutch was different so ended up having to reuse the old plate

Delivery is a lottery as is service.
Delivery is all over the place. Its really hard work planning a job around these guys. Scenario. Car is off road needs new caliper pistons and engine mounts. Order at same time. Engine mounts arrive and get fitted... week later still no brake parts. Its a shambles and luck of the draw. Parts are good and reasonably priced, just dont expect to receive them when you need them.
Incredibly frustrating business to deal with!
