Parts were of good quality and excellent value, They were easily fitted and work well. The parts were delivered before the estimated date which was a bonus.

Website is unaccurate, says it fits your car but then doesnt. Parts are goruped by years their spectrum is too noarrow often comes to validating the part for your car as fitting but thej doesnt.
They refuse to send a return label dispite the companys mistake categorise products even though the law says otherwise

Excellent service

I tried placing an order through the app, but it kept glitching and wouldn't let me check out. After several failed attempts, I contacted customer service. They were happy to help, except by the time they did, the price had magically gone up by £20.

I explained that I only needed their help because their app wasn't working, but that made no difference. The only option was to pay the higher price or not buy the parts at all.

So congratulations to whoever got the bonus for that extra £20. Customer service: 10/10. Customer CARE: not so much.

The item arrived on time & was perfect for instalation.

I left a mediocre review a couple of days ago regarding postage costs and delivery times. They have since made contact directly with me to discuss the issues.
They listened and settled the issue very quickly and professionally.

I ordered a Nissens condenser, great value for money product, speedy delivery, well packed, shipping and delivery info communication was updated regularly.

AUTODOC's actual service is good, with fair pricing and good stock levels.
However where the whole purchase experience fails completely, is their choice of courier company, EVRI.
EVRI are without doubt the most useless, ineffective and unprofessional courier company in the world.
My delivery was left outside the gates of commercial premises at 20:30 hrs, we close at 17:30, I had to come back to work and collect it to avoid it being stolen

Ordered and exhaust that was in stock according to their site.
So expecting 5 days tops for delivery.
Well their time estimate for each stage needs a drastic update. From accepting order please change to 4 days. Shipping and packing change to 4 days and counting.......
Honestly don't order from these people. The delivery and estimated time are just not realistic. I won't be using them again. I hope I get my package soon and there are no issues.
I only gave them a star because of price or it would be 1.

It's nothing to do with the courier. I have looked at DPD and they are waiting for the package. Your AI help chat is also pointless. Just round in circles with the same end.

Sent me the wrong parts for my car and tried to make me pay for return shipping. I tried to contact them about this around 1 separate times and was told the same thing until one person agreed to give me a return label.
Very problematic and rude customer service. Did not receive a refund for my shipping fee which i should have considering i was sent the wrong items which were incompatible with my car.

Was a very positive user of autodoc. So much so I recommended them to a friend using their coupon whereby he gets 10% off and I get £25 credit to my account. The £25 never happened. This was 6 months ago. Tonight I dodged the bot and actually got an agent on chat. I gave him coupon number, my name address. He kept asking more and more questions until I realised it was a ploy to p***s me off enough to terminate the chat which I had to do in the end. He maintained his computer said no.
Addendum to previous Yes I have had protracted communication. My friend used a new customer discount not the introduction coupon allegedly. Ironically he did order stuff from Autodoc after me recommending them to him. Anyway it's too trivial to carry on. I'm £25 down and Autodoc got a new customer.

My first issue arose with an order placed on 6th June, the order was dispatched with Evri and was arranged to be delivered to a locker which was full for a week so the parcel was returned and the money refunded. When I placed the order again, as I still needed the parts, the price had changed and I was charged an additional £61.02 for the same order. Autodoc refused to honour the original price, despite it not being my fault that I had to reorder. When the 2nd order was delivered, parts were missing. Despite sending photos proving they were missing, they refused to take responsibility by either refunding me or sending the missing parts. I assume they expect me to pay an additional £76.56 plus delivery for the missing parts that I have already paid for. DO NOT use this company. There is no direct customer service; it's all directed through AI attendants, and they take forever to deal with a problem and will not take responsibility anyway.

Items arrived really quickly and some parts were on. I was however sent a battery that was identified as fitting my car but didn’t… needed to post back using their return service but as it’s a battery and being retuned to Germany, I had an issue at the post office getting them to accept the item even though it was a parcel force return
