Purchased Spanish marble tiled twice, second time because we ran out of tiles. Kept me informed and responded quickly re out of stock items. I’d order again.

This is a great company, evrim in particular very polite and friendly and went out of his way to assist me also extremely helpful with what the customer wants and always going the extra mile. Great company for natural stone tiles. I needed some blue pearl granite tiles with specific measures 610x305x10 mm. Despite this not being advertised on their website they offered to source this directly from an Italian factory for me. I could not source this specific tile anywhere else in the UK. Very helpful company that went above and beyond for me. I definitely recommend Authentic stone to anyone !!

I had been looking for very specific marble nosings for the front steps for our Edwardian home we have just renovated in Hove. The Edwardians / Victorians used them widely and they are still on many period homes. But I couldnt find anywhere! Then Topps Tiles recommended Authentic Stone in Newhaven. So I went to visit. Evrim was excellent. Understood my requirements. I had the measurements and they ordered for me direct from Italy. They arrived a few weeks later - absolutely perfect. And the pricing was sensible. The steps look amazing. We are delighted. It is so important to support these local specialist traders otherwise these sort of special details get lost for ever to the mass market.

Highly recommend the team at authentic stone - I’ve bought marble tiles for 3 bath/shower rooms in our house and they’ve been great quality & a great price. Only had one issue with a tile which arrived broken and they replaced it without question. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently bought Cappuccino Marble from Authentic Stone for my bathroom renovation, and I’m thrilled with the results. The marble is high quality, with beautiful natural veining that made the space feel elegant and luxurious.

The team was really helpful throughout the process, offering great advice and making everything easy from start to finish. Now that the bathroom’s done, it looks amazing, and I’ve had so many compliments on how polished it turned out.

I bought some Dijon Tumbled Limestone and the quality and price was excellent. They went above and beyond to meet my needs ensuring the right product, delivered in great time in perfect condition. Would definitely use for any stone/ porcelain solution!

Had to wait 2 weeks for delivery when I was told it would be 3-5 working days also had to email and several times to find out when tiles would be delivered had to always phone them as they never called back which said they would,
Then when my tiler started tiling quite a lot of the tiles where a different thickness
ordered 15mm but some where 12mm and a few where 20mm thick they where unusable.
this meant it took him 2 days to lay them instead of 1 costing me another days money.

I ordered and paid for stone as part of a build but Authentic Stone don't give realistic delivery dates and the delays in supply are a nightmare and expensive.

I ordered some bianco carrera tiles from authentic stone, with the wait time being three weeks as they to import directly from italy. The stones came as promised 3 weeks later, with delivery organised via a local company.
The tiles are superb quality and the guys on the phone were knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
