Placed an order for a 500ml can of paint on 6/01/2026. Which was acknowledged and an order no. given. The money was taken from my account the next day. No paint 5weeks later despite the Autentico giving a 2/3 days despatch ETA. Not even acknowledging my chase up emails. I have bought a lot of their paint in the past, but the stockists I used have ceased trading !!
Autentico.com is a cheating company! I ordered and paid some paints on 14th of Nov. but since then no package, and no answear to my e-mails, and even they have not public phone number. Never order again!
I ordered 2 products from this paint company over 3 weeks ago, I received a confirmation order and the money was debited from my account the next day. Since then I have not received my product or any information regarding delivery despite sending numerous emails. I am very disappointed as I have used this company in the past with no problems, I am writing this review as I don't know what else I can do to contact this company.
