This star, which I filled in because of the possibility of leaving a review, is the zero I give to the Autentico paint uk company. I ordered colors that never arrived, and above all, they didn't respond to all available contact attempts during 30 days. The Ministry for online fraud advised me what to do so that my bank helped me to recover the amount.

Autentico France is just the same than UK branch. It is very sad that a company which provided so great paint is now a scam, taking money and don't deliver goods.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
I made a paint order two months ago and have never recieved it.
After numerous phone calls and emails that have led to nothing, I am now in the process of opening up a claim in the Small Claims Court to get my money returned.
The owner, Eric, has passed the buck continually, siting emails going to ‘spam’ folder, orders being lost in transit, problems with couriers, he is ‘travelling’ and will get back to me, he is now completely refusing to acknowledge my emails or my request for a refund.
Do not use this company under any circumstances.

Haven’t received the paint and my debit card was charged 8 times!!! for a single order. Haven’t returned the money after 6 months. Worst experience I ever had with an online order.

Iv ordered two paints on the 3rd of may ….iv had one reply to my emails messages and calls …I spent nearly forty pounds and I can’t get them to get back to me … I was so looking forward to try the paints …. That’s now over a month 😡 I will now need to phone the bank

Same experience exactly as several people on Trustpilot. Nobody responding to my various attempts to chase my order for paint. They have taken my money of course. What to do? Besides contacting my bank? Is this fraud, a company going bust, or just appalling customer service...as bad as I have ever experienced!

fantastic paint, execrable customer service.. I have ordered quite a bit of paint from this company and I have to say the colours and quality are outstanding... when it arrives. I am giving it two stars for that.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I have ordered some paint which simply hasn't been dispatched and they refuse to reply to any requests for updates or explanations. I have an account with their website so can see it has not been sent.

It is totally bizarre because the UK sales rep was actually very responsive and helpful with previous orders. I am now stuck with my living room wall having only one coat of a bold green and desperately needing a second. Will be contacting my bank but am genuinely sad such a wonderful product is let down by such dire, not to say non-existent customer service on this occasion

Like others I haven’t received any information regarding my order. Ordered over a week ago and have heard nothing.

Days after placing the order I hadn't received a confirmation. I emailed them and it took them days to respond saying there was some glitch and the item would ship tomorrow. 12 days later and still no idem and no shipping confirmation. Contacted them again. It was days before I got a response at which point I said it was too late, I already bought elsewhere and had to get a refund from PayPal.

As other reviews.I received no confirmation email. 3 weeks.later still no paint and zero reply to my emails. Will be contacting cc company for a charge back. Unfortunately I didn't look up other reviews before ordering 😕 Just to update I have now received a refund in full from my credit card provider.

Took my money 7 weeks ago and still no paint. Came out with the "stuck in customs" excuse to begin with but now don't even answer emails. Stay clear.

I ordered my paint and wax from this company 5 weeks ago. After numerous emails I eventually had a response that the paint was stuck in customs. Since then nothing. I will be contacting my credit card company.
Meanwhile I have half finished furniture that will need completely re painting.
Update 10 weeks in still no paint and to response to any emails.

Like two others before me, I am finding it impossible to contact Autentico UK, and I have also tried Autentico Netherlands, which appears to be where the company actually is based. They do not reply to emails, have no way to track orders, and after nearly two weeks since I placed my order and paid for my paint, I have heard nothing. I do now myself start to wonder whether this is a scam website - though clearly the paint is not a scam as we have bought from shops (now closed) several times in the past. One key lesson I have learned from this process is not to buy from any website that does not have a telephone contact number.

I ordered paint 3 weeks ago. Not delivered. No reply to calls and emails. I suspect the current website is a scam.

Package ordered 12 days ago. Money taken but still no notification of despatch. Two emails to customer services with no response- too late now for job required

Ordered paint on 30th Jan 2023 and am still waiting. I have requested a refund due to the long wait, but the Company do not answer emails, website currently unavailable and telephone number unobtainable. Not sure whether they are still trading. Please beware, I am very out of pocket.

I loved using this paint. So easy to apply, great coverage and a beautiful finish. Used Sailor Blue. Such a rich colour.

Images on website are photoshopped and therefore has no bearing in the colour of the paint itself, which is significantly different (far outside the normal bounds of variation for paint).
