Wrong product sent and terrible customer service. I ordered Estee Lauder Pleasures from the website with a picture of what I have used for years - a small glass bottle with a spray top in a pink box. Description on the website was Estee Lauder Pleasures 15 ml travel spray with a picture of the glass bottle in the pink box. I received a purple metal canister with a spray. I called 2 times and got hung up on both times after I was trying to tell them the problem and they kept arguing that it was what I ordered. I told them I was looking at their confirmation email and it showed a small glass bottle in the pink box which was not what I received. Not sure how they are getting away with fraudulent advertising.

Disgusting customer service, and the Roja fragrance I got from them was clearly watered down.

Prices might be good, except shipping time was horrible and so was the packaging, fragrance came leaking and its box was dented, poor packaging for the order, came in a thin white padded envelope type package, also paid for fastest shipping (1-2 days) and received it nearly 7 days later

The company sells cheap cologne for BIG$$$ that ship you 1/2 of what you ordered. Packaging looks like a kindergarten kid put it together. I made a claim to my c/c and was refunded. A package finally came and it was 1 bottle of 2 ordered. It's garbage. Scam company. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

Stay away from this company at all cost! Real bad shopping experience. There are plenty of other discounter to spend you hard earned $ with. Other companies that will actually value their customers & put customer satisfaction first.

Ordered a Bond 9 NY signature 15 ml bottle and received a water down version mixed with Oil..I was asked to pay for return shipping until disputed it. Please go to Twisted lily or Lucky scent for authentic samples! Never again … this is why their prices are low 👍🏼😏

I see lots of bad reviews which I personally can’t agree with I order Versace Dylan blue for men and expected to get the bottle of cologne without the Versace box for a discount of like 40$ which is kinda a lot so I bought it and I got exactly what I paid for relatively fast 4 days to deliver so I am a very happy customer no complaints my cologne came in tact nothing was damaged and I saved 40$ which is a lot considering it would be wasted if I bought it at a retailer store like Macy’s so 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone who is considering but not sure, take this as you message to buy whatever you want it’s legit

I ordered perfume in April of 2025.... never received it. No one in customer service ever responded. Hard to believe the reviews that gave 5 stars.... no perfume... no refund.... 😡

Ordered a men’s perfume a couple of days ago from AuraFragrance and it came today. Talk about fast service. The perfume was delivered in perfect condition. Wrapped up nicely in a box and was the real deal, not fake. It was also a very reasonable price. This was my first purchase with this company and I will absolutely be purchasing from them again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, was very rude during the whole process, will never purchase from here again, do not recommend.

Smell nice for a short while but that is it! Despite clicking on the one time purchase I am tied in a subscription. Emailed five times, tried calling with no response. Now having to dispute this with my bank to stop the payments. Stay clear from this company!

This is my favorite stores to buy fragrances online. Good packaging, fast shipping, authentic perfumes at great prices. Supposing you need to return the purchase, they are always very reasonable and helpful. They are my first choice to buy from whenever I am looking for a fragrance.

I made a perfume purchase on May 5, 2025. The following day, I received an email telling me that the item was out of stock and asked if I would like a refund to which I said yes. Today is May 22, 2025 and I have still not received my refund. I have sent numerous email messages to the company and they have gone unanswered. At this point, they have stolen $100 from me.

Fake perfume fragrances . I went to store I brought samples of the real perfume and their perfume are definitely knock offs. Not worth the cheap price when you can just add another $60/100 to get from the original seller . I would not buy creed , Xerjoff here at all just get the real deal

I know over 10 discounters and this is by far the best, super affordable perfumes, fast shipping, and the best 100% legit, never have a problem with them

First let me say that my entire experience with Aura was excellent. The order process was easy, processing was quick, the price was the best out there with free shipping to boot. I verified my order with customer service via phone ( it did take a few tries to get through, but I did.) Shipping was fast for USPS. And, The product was 100% authentic. Xerjoff Uden.
The reason I put all that first is (from my experience), I can not understand all the negative comments. I almost didn't order due to that but I kept digging on blogs and found many positive comments. I'll admit I was leary as I usually use the more common well known discounters. The price at Aura was too good to be true...but it was true and beat others by 20.00 or more.
I would order from Aura again and recommend them.

Overall GOOD experience. Have only placed one order as reference, a Roja parfum. Prices are great, no tax, free shipping and 5% off if you spend over $500. Downside... is slow shipping. Took over a week before the shipment left the warehouse after date of purchase. Nitpicking here. I'm guess Jomashop is also guilty of slow shipping and I still buy there. :) But if you can mind the slow shipping process, its a great deal! Would recommend.

I order a scent feb28 and uptil now I still have not received my package even tho I was charged for shipping… don’t waste ur money shopping with them , the will leave u under the bus and disappear with ur money
