DANGEROUS and UNSAFE

NOT fit for purpose - DANGEROUS and UNSAFE.
These shoes are not worth £30+ that they cost, not even £10.
VERY POOR FIT.
The elasticated material does not hold the foot. The base is not broad enough for secure balance.
In fact I think they are DANGEROUS and UNSAFE.
Seriously, a waste of money.

Wrong size but told to return to China at my cost

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes as they had an offer of free shipping if you ordered 2. The website says that they have warehouses in the UK (amongst others) and that the order would be shipped from the nearest one. It took about 2 weeks which made me suspicious that they were being shipped from China. They came too small so I asked to return and was told that I would have to send back to China at my expense. When I complained they said that they would normally only replace one pair of shoes, but could keep the originals. I pointed out that both pairs were too small and therefore of no value to me. I thought that they would perhaps offer me replacements for both pairs as they obviously had little value to them. I did consider sending to China even though the cost is approx half the total order value, but have no confidence that they would refund me.
I asked for them to show my emails to a manager thinking that they would not want the bad publicity. However reading other reviews it is clear that they don't care about dissatisfied customers. I wish I had gone to Trustpilot before considering dealing with this disreputable company.

AWFUL!!

The shoes arrived late, were of very poor design and offered no support at all, They also didn't fit. I have had to search the internet for a return address, but after reading other comments, I have decided not to bother. Please save your money and DON'T BE TEMPTED TO BUY THESE SHODDY CHINESE SHOES.

I very rarely complain in this way most…

I very rarely complain in this way most posts are very positive . Auguscare also trading as Flipfeet.com are appauling. They try every trick to avoid refunding and then point you in the direction of their terms of business. This clearly states refunds only after inspection and postage at the buyers cost. The postage back to China only to be told you will not get a refund can be painful. The goods are of poor quality so not fit for purpose.

You can buy, but in practice you can't return

The simplest way for me to warn potential buyers is to reproduce two emails.
* From me to Auguscare: "Unfortunately, although you sent the correct size of shoe, the design is such that they are much too tight for my feet. Therefore could you please tell me how to return them."
* Reply from Auguscare:"Hello, if you need to return a product, please send it back to the address below:
No. 7, Lane 7, Zhenxing Road, Nanshe Village, Chashan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province China zip code: 510000
Recipient: Customer service
Tel: 13774688432"

The phone number doesn't work. Need I say more?

Like most here I fell for the google ad, took 3weeks to get order only to find the shoes order are not the ones supplied, and after checking they don't sell the ones supplied, Temu does and £20.00 cheaper, after several emails I have given up. should have checked here before I placed order

This Company advertised on a Google Web…

This Company advertised on a Google Web Site.
Ordered Shoes on 12th March 24. Got Order No but No Confirmation E Mail and unable to contact "Company" as does not appear to have Tel No and E Mail Address does not work. Parcel Tracking does not work either.
Suspect Chinese Scam. I am not optimistic about this Order. SUSPECT SCAM.
By pure chance a pair of shoes turned up at my door today, they are similar but they are not the model or the style I ordered. They also have no Company name or Contact Info on the Package. So I still consider the Company to be suspect.

Auguscare is not what it seems

Cheap shoes, nothing like the advert. My Auguscare shoes looked so good on the advert and they arrived today. Really cheaply made, and cheap looking, with thin, false suede uppers. Can't be seen out in them!

Oh dear

Oh dear. Have read reviews. Sounds like bad news. I have ordered a pair shoes, but no confirmation message. No contact address. Cannot get into their website. If the shoes are coming it would be nice to know roughly when.

I think this is a scam…

I think this is likely to be a scam unfortunately. Ordered shoes about a week ago. Email confirmation was from "support=fliptfeets.com @ mailer.shopemail.com on behalf of Auguscare support @fliptfeets.com"

POSS DODGY Company

I am looking for a new pair of shoes and this company are heading a powerful high profile Ad on line at the moment. Cant find actual contact address or tel number. So expect any problems with service or indeed the product may be dubious. Found out company has been re-named and was formerly buyinuk who according to their reviewers are very dodgy SO BEWARY FOLKS stick to well known reputable UK Companies.
