This is the 3rd trip I have booked with Audley travel, and they simply are the best. We chose a trip to Florence and Siena with the help of the wonderful Tilly Harris. I was unsure about how much we could fit into 8 days, but with her guidance we had the perfect trip. Booking with Audley takes away all the strain and time of research and hands it to an expert who knows the area, hotels etc. Everything was so well coordinated, we did a number of trips and excursions and it all went like clockwork. Finally the hotels she chose for us were perfect. Can't recommend Audley highly enough.

We had the very great fortune of having Amy Waters as our specialist. From the very first call our experience has been amazing. Amy was hugely helpful with the planning of our trip - Singapore 4 days, New Zealand south and north island 5 weeks, the Cook islands 2 weeks and finally Sydney 5 days. It was a big trip with multiple flights, accommodation, trips and experiences, car hire etc etc.
Amy's knowledge of NZ was particularly valuable in guiding us on where we should visit, the types and activities we should book along with how long we should stay in each place.
For a trip almost 8 weeks long, every single element went to plan. I cannot recommend Amy and Audley travel enough. Thank you Amy

I cannot recommend Audley Travel highly enough . We were a bit overwhelmed with the thought of planning our trip to South Africa and a friend recommended Audley Travel to us. We are so glad they did . All the pressure was removed immediately. Andy listened carefully to our hopes and expectations offering advice when needed and then certainly followed through and delivered . We were given digital and written details of all our flights and our daily schedule - even during the course of the holiday we were reminded of flight times and departure gates etc as and when they occurred. To kick start the holiday we received a beautiful gift box from them with each item in the box giving a nod to South Africa ! Use this company - you will not be disappointed

We had a great trip to Japan organised by Manon@audley. Kept well informed throughout the adventure. We had no hiccups at all and the trip went very smoothly. All the hotels were well chosen and we'd go back next week if we could!

Our 1st Adventure to Greece was a fabulous experience in May 2026! It was my first trip with Audley and my friend’s fourth. Every detail, guide, meal, driver, hike, boutique hotel, and “helpful hint” were on point. Guides at ruins were trained and practicing archeological professionals. Meals and Walking Food Tours brought cultural insights. As two mature women traveling abroad, we felt very safe as each step knew our next connection. Eric Carnes used our feedback during the entire planning process to prepare a bespoke itinerary that suited our interests and personalities. Connecting with the people that led our experiences indicates depth of knowledge and professionalism in the Greece Team. That depth balanced with a genuine individual warmth led to many special memories.

The company listened and planned accordingly, all plans then were successful amounting to an exceptional trouble-free holiday

My husband and I recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Japan. Everything was exceptionally well-organized, from the lovely accommodations and punctual transportation to the amazing recommendations for sightseeing and dining. We were also very impressed with the responsiveness of your 24/7 service; when we had a question regarding museum tickets, we received a reply within minutes.

Coming home, a coworker who lived in Japan for two years commented on how well we found "off the beaten path" gems that most travelers miss. We have Audley to thank for that. While we were initially concerned about the crowds during peak cherry blossom season, our itinerary allowed us to escape the busy areas whenever needed.

Mackenzie McNeill did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to understand our "must-see" list and offered excellent advice on additional sites to consider.

We cannot recommend Audley enough and look forward to working with them again.

I had the best experience ever with this company. Caroline Fahey planned our trip to Switzerland and it was Amazing!! Very organized, we met with her on zoom to go over the logistics which helped immensely. We also had a phone number just in case we had questions while on vacation. I called it because our flight was a little late. They promptly answered and were already following our flight to let our driver know, definitely excellent customer service. We appreciate and highly recommend Audley Travel & Caroline. We will definitely recommend your services as well as using them, thank you.

We’ve just had the most amazing 20 night holiday to South Africa, Zimbabwe & Zambia. Audley’s tailor made holidays are just exceptional. Audley really listen to exactly what you are looking for and come up with perfect suggestions & itineraries. This is the second long holiday we’ve booked

Our most recent trip to South Africa was absolutely incredible, a perfect mix of safari and culture.
Whilst it might be cheaper to arrange trips yourself, the support and knowledge provided by Audley means we know we will always get home safely whatever the global situation. Something which you cannot put a price on in this uncertain world

We recently returned from our honeymoon in Northern Tanzania, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience Audley Travel arranged for us.

From the very beginning, the planning process with Lulu was smooth, professional, and tailored to exactly what we were looking for. The itinerary was well balanced while also enjoying comfortable, beautiful Lemala accommodations throughout our trip.

Our guide Hussein from Asilia was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the wildlife and local culture, which made the safari even more memorable. He was very respectful of animals too.

Audley travel were amazing! Tailor made our trip to Japan to include everything that we wanted . Attention to detail was fantastic and correspondence and information given was second to none . All the trips that were arranged were private and amazing ! We travelled around quite a bit and every hotel was perfect and in a fantastic location . Audley planned a wonderful trip for my husband and I to Borneo.
Audley's organisation was excellent and the accommodation and trips were perfect for us. The attention to detail made the holiday extra special.
The local guides were so polite and informative.

We did a tailored tour to China and Hong Kong in April 2026. Chris handled our booking and suggested places we hadn't thought of and recommended specific hotels for a lot of our destinations.
I can't praise him enough for the variety of hotels and destinations we experienced. This was a trip of a lifetime for me, and it way exceeded my expections! We went from city hotels, to remote mountain and village hotels. The changes from city to village kept the trip interesting and varied.
The trip was a true slice of the country, giving us an unforgettable experience.
If you want a special, tailor made trip, then I would definitely recommend Audley Travel. Plus, the attention to detail, with the destination portfolio, gift hamper prior to travelling and the app to keep track were great touches.

CHINA - we knew where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see. After much research, we knew that a tailor made tour was the only way to do this. (Wendy Wu and other group tours would not be able to facilitate this. We did initially work with Wendy Wu re a tailor made tour but the customer service and knowledge was very poor).
Chris Moore at Audley Travel was brilliant in working with us to put our trip together, adding his own personal knowledge and experience of places and hotels, Beijing, Pingyao, Xian, Chongquing, Zhangjiajie, Furong, Fenhuang, Longi, Guillin, Yangshou and down to Hong Kong.
We felt very reassured, and on the ground, everything was arranged seamlessly.
Many people have asked about our trip, and expressed an interest in doing something similar. Our one bit of advice to them is, if you are going to do it, do it properly, a tailor made tour with Audley Travel.

Our 5 week trip to New Zealand was the second tailor-made, self-drive holiday, the first being Namibia, that we booked with Audley Travel and both have been superb. The country specialists are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and the attention to detail is second to none.
Steven put together a great itinerary for us, having first listened to our ideas of places to visit and things to see and do. The accommodation varied from hotels to self-catering including 10 days in a campervan (at our request). All were to the standard descried or better - clean, well appointed and comfortable. Rebecca took over as our Audley contact when Steven took his sabbatical, keeping in touch at each stage of the process and providing information and documents in an efficient and friendly manner.
We were due to fly via Dubai on the day the bombing in the Middle East began. All flights were cancelled. Toby and Lee pulled out all the stops to find us alternative flights, getting us to Christchurch just two days late but in time to pick up our itinerary and and catch the TranzAlpine Train.
New Zealand is a wonderful country. We had a fabulous time there, much of it thanks to the meticulous planning and I would certainly look at using them again. All bookings were in place and on time - transfers, accommodation, trips, guides, train, ferry etc., picking up/dropping off the cars and campervan went without a hitch. We even got two nights in Singapore on the way home, rather than the one night we'd booked in Dubai.

Tesia at Audley Travel helped us plan a wonderful trip to Japan. She was wonderful to work with and our itinerary was exactly what we wanted. This is our 5th trip with Audley and they have all been excellent.

I cannot recommend my travel agent enough!. Eric planned two absolutely amazing trips for us. One to Portugal and our most recent trip to Greece, both of which were unforgettable. His attention to detail, professionalism, and constant communication made everything seamless from the beginning to the end. Eric was always attentive, responsive, and made sure every part of the trip was perfectly coordinated, from the beautiful hotels, excursions and incredible dinner plans. Everything exceeded our expectations. It is rare to find someone who truly cares about creating such personalized and stress-free experiences. Thank you for making our travels so memorable.
