Awesome company. I purchased one of their Purifi Class D amps 5 years ago. I use it daily and love it. Recently, I had a problem with a power switch that burnt out. They sent me a brand new switch quickly, for no charge, and got me up and running again. I’m in the States and they’re based in France and they still bent over backwards to help me. I rarely leave reviews, but their excellent products and customer service compelled me.

Very happy with my purchase. Quality and SQ well exceeds the price tag. Imprived SQ connected to a Mytek Brooklyn DAC with Supra Exalibur USB cable and digital RCA cable. Built like a tank.

Excellent!

I have spent €3000 with audiophonics in 2025 and in October 2025 my wife purchased interconnect cable and RCA interconnects to the value of €400+ from them as a Christmas Present for me. The problem was that the cable was to small and would not fit the RCA connectors. Both my wife and I emailed them in late December asking them if they would allow us to return the cable for credit so that I could purchase the correct cable from them for my interconnects. I realise that they were purchased in late October but they repeatedly said no and after 14 days you cannot return an item.

As I write this review I know that audiophonics will do one of several things (1) they may reply to my feedback in French (2)They my reply to my feedback and say ''We would like to confirm once again that we can only accept returns within 14 days of the delivery of your order'' (3) They will say ''We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal for any further question''

Below is the last email that was sent to audiophonics (4th January 2026):

Good afternoon Joan,
As you are aware my Wife bought me this cable for me for Christmas. Yes I understand that she bought it in late October but I was only gifted with it on Christmas Day.

As a customer of yours I thought that you could help her by allowing her to return it to you so that I could use the refund to purchase suitable cable for my Elecaudio Connectors that she also purchased from you.

I spent approx. €3,000 with you in 2025 and I though that you could help my Wife as a Good Will Gesture. I was obviously wrong so I will not be making any further purchases from Audiophonics.

Audiophonics is very good at selling but fails when it comes to supporting its Customer.

Service impeccable

Ordered a dac amp combo that was in stock and ready to ship , 4 days later i get an email saying it wasn't in stock and had to wait more than 2 months for shipping. At least they were quick to answer emails and got immediately refunded but they didn't apologize !
Total waste of time , but I understand error can occur , maybe next time they will check their inventory twice.
