I was a bit hesitant to order after seeing some of the more recent reviews. Still, I decided to go ahead and ordered three pairs of Nike Air Max because the price was really good. I can confirm that the order arrived within three days from Germany to The Netherlands without any issues. The shoes are exactly as expected. They are authentic (for anyone who might be in doubt) and all in the correct size. I am 100% satisfied and would absolutely order again. With free shipping, the price–value ratio is excellent.

Order placed 6 weeks ago, never received the package. The company claims it was delivered and even provided a fake signature. Still waiting for my refund. Do not order here.

I ordered some shoes to the UK. They were in customs then got returned to sender. I reached out to customer services and asked why this had happened, they didn’t respond but gave me a refund for the item only, not the shipping I had paid. I did not request for the shoes to be returned, no apologies from the company. Would not use

I ordered sneakers from Asphaltgold that were supposed to be delivered on September 5th, but I didn’t receive them. Asphaltgold started an investigation with DHL, and have now informed me that they credit my payment. Thank you for the appropriate service in this matter.

They steal from customers – total scam behaviour

I bought slippers from Asphaltgold and returned them completely unused, brand new, within the legal return period. I even paid the return shipping myself.
After that, they had the nerve to demand another €2.95 “return fee” through Klarna.

This is not a mistake. It’s a deliberate way to take extra money from customers after a legal return. According to EU consumer law, this is absolutely not allowed. You cannot charge a so-called “reconditioning fee” when the item is untouched and returned correctly.

Let’s be honest – this is stealing. They keep part of your money for no valid reason and try to make it sound justified with excuses like “mindful shopping”. That’s just marketing talk to hide what it really is: taking money they have no right to.

Avoid this store. I will never buy from Asphaltgold again. Be careful – they will find a way to make you pay more even after returning your order.

I mistakenly placed a duplicate order, but Asphaltgold cancelled it and refunded me within an hour. Great service, and I’ll still get my sneakers at the best price in Europe!

Totally bad merchant! I paid an item I have never received tracking information, no response at all, I believe it's scam. I am lucky I paid via PayPal I recall my money back.

Took 14 days to arrive. Tracking was terrible and all over the place emails where not up to date and the shop app tracking was also completely lost. Also did not even notify when they where going to arrive so had to be redelivered even later. In the end arrived far to late so I dealing with that crap return system.

Always a pleasent experience, even though delivery takes more time than announced online. Could be much worse!

Been trying to reach out to their customer service team, awful experience. Order #AG44333534 was never sent and the only way for them to respond you is when you put a review. Worst customer service ever

Will go for Chargeback with Paypal if not getting any reply back within 24hs.

So far, not good! I paid for a jacket and received the tracking code, but there’s been no update since five days ago. The tracking still shows as “We have received information about your incoming item from the sender,” which means they haven’t sent it yet.

I’ve sent emails to hello(at)asphaltgold(dot)com, but I haven’t received a reply. This is my first time buying from them, and I’m afraid it might be my last.

Quick update: was contacted via email same day that I've posted this review, said they would check on this, so far, 3 days in, no resolution.

Amazing Costumer Service, amazing attention to detail, super recommend

An absolute disaster.
Paid more than 200 euros for my order, trusted their promise to ship and deliver in 3-5 days. Order never even was shipped. They promise to use dhl instead of that using cheap Seur.
Literally my order was never even shipped or given to Seur.
To my emails and Instagram messages mo one ever replied.
What a scum!!! Never use this company, buy from Highsobiety, Bstn, end clothing, but never from asphaltgold.
Shame.

I am very unsatisfied with Asphaltgold's after-sales service.
I've ordered from the website several times, but this time my package never arrived. I had ordered two pairs of shoes for a total of 228 euros
I explained the situation to them two weeks ago and provided proof of the loss of my parcel.
Till this day, I haven't received any compensation/refund they're just messing around with me, it's not serious at all.

I have 3 stars because my package came very fast but in a damaged carton although the shoes were in a good box. I wasn’t happy with it.

I was afraid because of the reviews, but the true it's that I received my shoes inv6 days and everything was ok! I recommend the store !
