Easy to order from the website (Sony Walkman DMP) and the price was a bit lower than the Sony Centre price. Despatched the next working day and delivered the following day in perfect condition. Well packaged and both Ask and the courier kept me up to date with progress. Recommended.

Open Box Soundbar
Bought an open box Sony soundbar for £120 less than RRP.
Delivery was very quick and when it came it was as good as brand new with the same 3 year warranty.
Will definitely look to use this shop again in the future.

Great experience with Ask customer service
We bought headphones in 2021 with a 3 year guarantee...this was longer than any guarantee on line. The guarantee was due to expire end of Nov 24 and the headphones had stopped charging.
The company replied to my enquiry very quickly. We didn't have the original case or lead but the company provided us with not only a new headphone set but a case and charging lead.
A massive thank you to after sales for their excellent customer service. We would definitely buy from this company again.

Amazing Customer Service
I recently purchased a premium Samsung sound system from AskDirect, and while I initially received two faulty units, the third one worked perfectly. Despite the frustrating experience, Priti's exceptional support made a huge difference. She arranged the returns quickly and even responded to my emails over the weekend, showing incredible dedication. Thanks to her, I ultimately became a satisfied customer. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service, which is becoming something quite rare these days.
