Best price and quick delivery. Just perfect
Great value for money with the best price I could find, and the delivery was impressively quick by Royal Mail. The item arrived very well packaged—securely protected with cardboard to prevent damage or dirt during transit, without excessive or wasteful packing materials.
This was a refreshing contrast to some high street retailers, where items often arrive with no outer packaging, leading to damaged retail boxes or even missing components before the package is opened.
Overall, a very positive experience and I would happily purchase from this retailer again. They are a model retailer that others should learn from.

Exceeded Expectations
I’d never heard of Ask Direct, but came across the company when searching for price comparisons online. We had found a tv in Curry’s who claim to price match, and Ask Direct were advertising the price for £600 cheaper. I was a bit sceptical about ordering, it almost seemed too good to be true but trustpilot reviews were strong. The process was seamless, delivery was quicker than stated (I went for standard delivery of 2-4 days and it arrived the very next day after ordering!) really happy with my purchase and would highly recommend

Emailed them with a question which was answered the very next day. Outstanding service. A lot of emails sent to other sippliers normally dont get answered within a week. After the answer which was correct i placed an order and it was delivered to me within 2 days. Great service

Was advised delivery would be Monday 5 January, waited in all day. Email saying delayed until Tuesday. Waited in all day. Received email saying couldn’t deliver. Said delivery would be Wednesday 7 January. Arrived today. 2.5 days waiting at home. Not impressed. Have not checked television yet.
