I am writing to share my experience with Ashampoo. I have been using their software for quite some time now and I am extremely satisfied with their products. The software is user-friendly, efficient, and reliable.I highly recommend Ashampoo for anyone in need of top-quality software solutions.

A mainly solid experience over many years
I have been using Ashampoo products for many years and for the most part they perform extremely well and are great value for money (with constant deals available, especially when upgrading).
The best products are Uninstaller, WinOptimizer and Snap. Which I have had several versions of. Good but not perfect are Photo Commander and Photo Optimizer. Honourable mentions go to Video Optimizer Pro and Backup Pro.
However, there are some really bad ones, like PDF Pro, which has a terrible interface and can completely trash your PDF's and then there's Driver Updater, which never found any new drivers during my 12 month licence, even though there were regular updates on manufacturer's websites. I considered that a complete waste of money.
There are countless other products that I haven't tried, but you do at least get free trials for most applications. Support is usually pretty good (though a little slow sometimes) and products are regularly updated.

It's not what I was expecting the…
It's not what I was expecting the platform doesn't give me a lot of options to move the timeline back and forth to see what on it and is difficult to understand what I can or cannot do compare to leading softwares I can use to make a slide show. I purchase it and now I don't want it. I'd like a refund, I am not happe with it.

Avoid Ashampoo PDF Pro 3
I'm stuck with Ashampoo PDF Pro 3 becuase I paid for it, but it has so many bugs that's it's almost impossible to use. Support is non existent, the typical answer is "we can't help".
So, right now, I've at many bugs opened with them. From bad links inside the apps, crashes, unwanted font change after recovery after crash, 8 seconds to open a folder. The About shows that it is a product that has not been updated since 2021, probably abandoned.

I found this company by accident…
I found this company by accident several months ago. Since then I have been purchasing and amassing their software. The customer service and support is fantastic. 99% of the programs are also fabulous! I'm so glad I found this company. I have lost count of the number of programs I have gotten from them and they range from utilities to office to multimedia, etc.

Ashampoo Snap 16 fails for me.
I have used Ashampoo Snap software for several years going back to version 7, maybe. I have bought snap 12,14, 15, plus also buying Snap 16. Snap 11 is terrific-simple and easy to use-very functional. Snap 12,14 and 15 failed: error codes etc. Snap 16 is great for screenshots but the sound either fails or is unusable. I am glad it was cheap. I shall still use Snap 11.

Don't use One Drive as your Back Up location
I unwittingly used One Drive as my backup destination. If you are not careful your one drive will fill up with backups. However, it is impossible to remove the backups from One Drive.....Wasted Space in my opinion
