Awful experience. Ordered groceries online. Charged twice and cancelled order after it was delayed by over an hour after paying 8.99 for express delivery. Most items were unavailable then the delivery... See more

Awful service
Awful service. The app is glitching. It has been glitching for weeks. The shopping basket shows one price, when you check out, a completely different price. So you call, the customer service (for want of a better title) are patronising and unhelpful. 3 calls, 1 hour to make a £41.21 or rather £46.21 order. Not good enough. Refused to put me through to a supervisor, said they will cal back. I doubt they will.
Security don’t earn enough
As I walked in to my local Asda Pencarn Way Newport this afternoon a vile man was trying to evade security and ran out of the store shoplifting. He had a smile on his face and was taunting the sole guy on the desk. Largely his stolen goods which he mostly dropped and probably didn’t even care about were large bars of dairy milk. For this, the chap on security was trying to apprehend this obnoxious individual. For what purpose I ask. The chances of any further action being taken are minimal. He was putting himself in danger of being attacked by someone who may be dangerously mentally ill. I found myself trying to stop him too in the heat of the moment. I’m 63. Why have security guards who put themselves in danger for probably minimum wage or not much more? The whole incident blew over in minutes and does Asda even know or care? A very sad state of affairs
2 hrs late and counting
2 hrs late and counting. Absolutely ridiculous I'll probably refuse delivery when it arrives!
Click and collect
I went to Asda in Hounslow today to buy Rose Food. I was told by someone there that they don't sell this product in that store even though it's a bigish branch. I was told I could order it online and collect it from Hounslow. Not so.
Seems like Asda only allows me to collect from stores which sells the product.
Disgusting
After downloading Asda app and doing a shop , using my NEW rewards app & spending £61 I then found I hadn’t earned any points WHAT A SCAM Asda should be ashamed , this is disgusting, diplorable & dispicable, I will now do my shopping elsewhere .
Order not been delivered
Had an email saying grocery order had been delivered but it hasn't. Unable to contact the Stockport store and neither can customer services. Very shoddy service and no resolution.
Absolute worst delivery service I’ve…
Absolute worst delivery service I’ve ever had. Ordered nappies as I’m out and can’t drive at the moment. Paid for express delivery (£8.50!) and they delivered everything but the nappies. I requested a refund on the app and got an immediate rejection for my request. No clear instructions on what to do next so I call the general help line and they tell me I can’t get a refund today because I just asked for a refund and that’s still being processed (even though they’ve sent me an email rejecting my refund). Just such an inconvenient service when you are literally paying for convenience. I now still have to go get nappies and this will be another delivery charge for a different shop. How are asda unable to deliver a small delivery correctly and then on top of it make the returns process and absolute faff. Horrible experience.
Great customer service
A massive thank you to the driver who delivered my shopping today, on inspection of the delivery I noticed that the security tags had not been removed from two of the bottles of spirts and after looking in the van for a tool to remove them, but with no joy, this kind person took the bottles away to return them some 4 hours later, problem solved.
A credit to yourself and Asda customer service.
Many thanks

Excellent customer service
Generally shop here on a daily basis a quick in and out. This particular day I had to nip in with my 4 year old grandson. We had been in the store for only a few minutes when he required the toilet, the assistant kindly offered for him to use their toilet in store which I was highly grateful for, this prevented us returning home to go out again. The customer service at Asda in Wath Upon Dearne was exceptional- many thanks 10/10
Asda rewards app is useless
Asda rewards app is not bringing nor adding any value for 3 months already despite scanning app barcode every week doing my shopping worth over £150 per week. Why bother scanning or using Asda app.? I dislike Tesco's Clubcard approach as it discriminates not regular Tesco shoppers, but at least it works.
Diabolical use by dates.
Recovering from surgery so decided to do an online delivery order.
NEVER AGAIN, ordered five days worth of meals and everything had to be used within two days, apart from two packs of mussells, one was use by 22nd May and other was by 27th May. Who is going to eat five days worth (lunches and dinners) of fresh product meals in two days? I was warned a long time ago that Asda are really bad for this, and clearly nothing has changed. I will never use them again and it has annoyed me so much that I will not even physically go there once recovered, other supermarkets are available. Bye bye Asda.
Loving my Asda rewards app
Loving my Asda rewards app. I’ve won two decent amounts on the tap to win game. £5 yesterday and £15 a couple of weeks ago. Some good vouchers available too.
I love Asda ranges in store
I love Asda ranges in store, but have to order delivery today. Unable to find ingredient lists for items on website- are they even there? Looking for four or five pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan salad bowls they only had one variety and it looked as though it simply had lettuce and typical salad stuff in it, no eggs, pulses or any kind of protein. Gave up and went elsewhere.
Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. My shopping turned up with bugs all over it. And I'm sure it's from the crates, that are absolutely filth. So dirty they leave bits all over your food, and now bugs. Bournemouth store, get your act together.
Where is my delivery? Waited 5 hours!
Booked an Asda delivery today between 1-3. Rang at 3.30 to be told van had broken down and order would still be delivered but it would be 4.30. Still waiting at 6. Another Asda van dropped an order off two doors down but not mine at 6.20. I rang customer services again who advised that the store was closed and they couldn’t cancel the order. Absolutely pathetic service!!! Do not use Asda for deliveries in Nottinghamshire they are awful! I certainly won’t! Choose a more reliable supermarket.
Ordering online is awful
Ordering online with Asda is a frustrating experience.
For over a year they have been experiencing difficulties, which they keep saying they are fixing but it never happens.
You should be able to amend your order as many times as you want before 11pm , yet it only allows you to do so once and then just error message after error message.
Customer service are useless and just keep saying they are working on it!! They send £5 vouchers but to be honest would rather it worked.
Thinking of going elsewhere.
Never had a problem ordering clothes…
Never had a problem ordering clothes before from Asda/George. But this time was a Cardigan which was a complete different colour to what I had ordered and it was for school. So had to be exact. I had a problem doing it an online form. I went up there to get the Cardigan refunded or an exchange. Never seen such rude and unhelpful staff. Their Customer service was dismel. I finally did it online and managed to get through after about four attempts just to be emailed it will be in my bank in 14days. I do not understand why the woman at the customer service couldn't refund me there and then. I don't understand why everything has to be on online. I actually had problems with the Internet at that time and not everybody knows and has the Internet. I don't live near Asda and my friend had to take me there by car because haven't been well. It's absolutely outrageous that they can't be bothered to show proper customer service. I've worked in retail and this is appalling and your staff do not treat customers properly.

They don't value the elderly anymore.…
We shop daily and we are asked to use Asda Rewards but it has to be by mobile app so we are excluded since we don't use apps and such. The elderly are punished again.
