Can’t even pay on site, have to transfer the damn money

I had a great experience with Arzneiprivat when I was in urgent need of medication for my father, one that I could no longer find on the market in Romania. I’m glad I took the risk to order from them, and I was not disappointed.
Although I was initially concerned about the delivery, as I paid for the goods in advance, DHL did an excellent job ensuring the package arrived safely from Germany.
I highly recommend Arzneiprivat and will not hesitate to order from them again.

Im extremly happy as the package did get sent, plus many emails when prepping the package and when sent, got tracking and now a day after my country post office app got updated so it will be here in a few days. Yes!!

I really recomens everyone there b12 and b1 injection, they are crucial to reversing chronic health issues. True game changer spec b1 as it controls the two central nervous system that's in balance, others you get CFS/heart faliure/blood pressure issues/chronic pain. 1 injection twize a week was equal to 4 grams of orals every day, wich will ruin your gut so injections are supperior

I have been on-line ordering Iscador P from Arzneiprivat since 2021, for cancer treatment of my daughter.
As these mistletoe ampoules should be strictly kept in refrigerator temperature to ensure their effectiveness, I always worry about their way of shipment, and therefore always choose DHL Express International, as they deliver within 1-2 days.
Moreover Arzneiprivat team have always been very understanding and supporting, and always sent my orders rapidly and with the best ever care.

My last order though was in May 2023, and of a quantity of 11 packs of Iscador. I chose DHL Express International in my online order, as always did, but by a fault of the personnel they arranged my delivery and sent my parcel with standard DHL. As soon as they realised their fault, Ingo Blumlein, on behalf of Arzneiprivat team, called me to let me know about it, apologise, and also convince me that they would prepare another parcel to send me the following day via DHL Express International, as I wanted.
Pls, note that my order cost almost 1000€, and I couldn’t believe that they would for sure re-send me a new package and they themselves would pay for it. Ingo told me that he knows very well what Iscador is for, and that he definitely understands my worries.
Concluding and dispelling any of your suspicions, I received the second parcel sent by the end of the following day, and after 4 days, I received the first parcel as well, which had been sent with standard DHL. This was definitely a proof for me that Ingo was honest.

In our cruel world, where everyone is chasing profit, there are Grand People and little people. Fortunately there are still people with integrity, empathy and conscience. And one of their face is Ingo’s. I deeply appreciate his honesty, empathy and ethos, and I’m truly thankful and grateful for his move 🙏

Great company, service is swift and they always send things on time (often even quicker). I really like it, the only comment I have is that there always is a supposed discount on the website, while these are the regular prices.
