I placed an order on December 11 (Order #69484) for a high-value product (€200), which was charged immediately. Nearly 15 days later, I have received no shipping confirmation, no tracking number and absolutely no response despite contacting customer service multiple times !
This lack of communication is completely unacceptable for a professional website, especially for an expensive purchase intended as a Christmas gift. At this point, I have no idea whether my order even exists beyond the payment being taken.
Taking customers’ money and then providing no delivery information and no customer support is not normal business practice. This situation is a scandal and I do not recommend any potential customer to order from this website. Based on my experience, this strongly appears to be a scam.
I am now considering a bank chargeback and reporting this case to consumer protection authorities.

At first they did not send the items. Eventually I received them (months later), but contact was very slow and I thought it was a scam site. The reason given was that they had financial problems, but maybe they are solved now.
