Buses are at irregular times,And only one a hour,surly the can get that right,most drivers don't seem to like their job,I know it's stressful,but what about customer service,when dealing with the public,seen some drivers being disrespectful to seniors,and not helping them.

If i could give no stars i would,Got the 5.18 number 1 from crook est to Shildon when we got to Bishop Auckland the driver said he was finished and everybody had to get off and wait for the next bus,Why did he not tell me this when i bought a Shildon ticket?.I waited for Over 1 hour no bus turned up your service is the worst you should have your franchise removed.

shocking service, buses are either late or dont bother turning up at all, why cant the goverment cancel this shocking company, they tell us to be greener and take the bus but im using my car from now on you cant rely on this awful company to get any bus to turn up. DISGUSTED!!!!!!!

Completely unreliable. You have to always keep in mind your train can just casually be cancelled. Causes a great deal of stress when that's the only mean of transportation available:)

Severe Delays: A Disappointing Experience with Green Line Coach
I took a bus from Luton Airport to London Victoria on November 14th. The scheduled departure time was 22:35, with an estimated arrival time at London Victoria of 23:40. However, the journey experienced significant delay due to the bus driver's navigational errors. The estimated arrival time at London Victoria was 23:40, but we did not reach our destination until 00:30. The bus driver took the wrong route towards Finchley Road, which prolonged our journey. He explained that his navigation system was not functioning properly. We used Google Maps to guide him back on the correct route and realized that Finchley Road was actually on our original path. Despite our efforts to provide directions, the bus driver made incorrect turns, further delaying our journey. As a result, we arrived at Victoria at 00:30, significantly later than the expected arrival time of 23:40.
This delay had severe consequences for me as I missed my connecting coach to Bournemouth, which happened to be the last one scheduled for that day. I had to purchase another ticket to Bournemouth and spend an unplanned night in London. This significant delay not only affected me economically, with the additional expense of purchasing a new ticket and incurring the cost of an unplanned overnight stay in London, but also took a toll on me emotionally due to the added stress and inconvenience. I hope that Green Line Coaches (Arriva Buses) takes this matter seriously and addresses it appropriately.

I would score them a negative if I could. There are always bus cancellations and so the buses that are running are super busy and so late. Worst service ever.
Rubbish services
Simply arrive late when it shouldnt and depart early when there is clearly people waiting/ arrive before the scheduled time, I don't understand what the schedule is made for, if it's not be be followed. The app is ridiculously buggy and it cost a lot to buy these tickets, I think as customers we deserve better services.

Privatisation by the government and the complete failure
Privatisation by the current government has failed if you look at the majority of privatised services Bus Rail all Utilities etc example Water in big debt lack of investment and similar to all taken out of public ownership. The one common factor is lack of investment .Why because bonuses even to those that have failed so rewarding Failures? Shareholders taking huge profits rather than reinvestment in the services. Make you late for other modes of transport! If you have important places to get it I suggest leaving 2 hours earlier because your bus won’t show! Staff don’t care and are rude when you ask them questions!
This needs fixing Arriva because you are not good enough for paying customers! It’s ridiculous how your services are ran!

Today the driver refused to provide service. We were waiting in a bus stop 40 min. First he decided not run a 17:14 service even he was there and after waiting for the next one what is 17:44 he refused to run again. We were a few of us including a baby and asked him why he is not going 17:14 he said not going to make a round. This is a bus 311 from the rail station. Really awful service. I had to pay another ticket to take a different bus. So frustrated.
