Expensive and unreliable

When I took my current job, I was so happy that I can use S-train to go to work, with a little bus connection north of Copenhagen. How wrong I was to rely on DSB that I will be on time. I understand there is railwork, but keeping the same price for the duration is OUTRAGEOUS, and then they have railwork delays, 2 extra months. Well don't get me started on the train delays. I don't care how long the train ride is, as long as you respect the schedule. If you cannot rely on the fact that the train cannot make it in the time listed, just modify the schedule to fit the average delays. You advertise a false service on the timeschedule and then you are surprised everybody talks bad about DSB. This is what we get when one company has MONOPOL over a service: low level quality and no respect towards the paying customer.
And it would be highly appreciated if customers could receive their money back when we cannot make our connections because of DSBs delays.

B s-tog really suck

B s-tog really suck! How can you suddenly stop the train without warning all passengers! Are you crazy?! Both my bike and me did fall on the ground! And my leg hurts very much! My left leg still swollen!

Cannot be Depended Upon

It is the rule rather than the exception that there are either signal problems or other problems with the train. I take the S-tog daily, or rather try to, outbound form the city to Glostrup. The plus part is that I can bring my bike for free but that is my insurance for when I get to the station and the train is not running. It is about 40% of the time that the train is not running or running very late. Given the situation, I have rented a spare office and work from there or at home as much as possible. Perhaps that was their plan all along: encourage people to work from home by providing a service that cannot be depended upon. Before taking a job that requires usage of s-tog, look closer and see whether it is really worth it or at the least the new employer must be flexible with you working from home.

I was travelling with H line heading…

I was travelling with H line heading towards Frederikssund today. When it reached Ballerup it said that it will drive directly to Frederikssund with no stops (I needed to get off at Stenløse st.). I grabbed my bicycle and headed howards door to get off, but the driver closed the doors too fast and we were several people in hat did not manage to get off. You would think that the driver would add 30 extra seconds to allow people to get off since the announcement that there will be no stops came 1 minute before the stop!!! Extremely inconsiderate!

Too bad that there is not much alternative ways to commute in this route, so people have no choice and need to continue dealing with such service every day. It is stressful not be able to predict how much time traveling to and from work will take you every day!

Nightmare

Have been using S-traun for a year. Awful service. Many delays. Changing tracks often. Unfriendly staff. Public systems in Denmark are as inefficient as possible. Paying more than 40% tax still getting nothing
