I gave 4 stars because everything was sorted at the end. First they sent me wrong car mats. Ordered for CHERY and received BYD mats. And staff at Arnold Clark refused to change them and blamed me for ordering wrong ones. Even on the order form and invoice they sent me clearly stated CHERY TIGGO 8 PHEV 2025-onwards. And what I received BYD MATS. After 10 plus emails and call to my credit card issuer finally a clever person at Arnold Clark realised that was their fault and sent me correct mats. Once I get the correct ones they are good quality perfect fit good value for money.

Ordered it online and paid for it ,then had an email to confirm it was on its way then a couple of days later had another email to say it was out of stock till 3 September did I still want to go ahead? I said yes and then had an an email on 1 September to say it was on its way, but it didn’t arrive until 9th September.The problem I have is I was trying to call to ask about the delivery etc only to be told in an email there isn’t a phone number to contact you

Pretty poor follow through after online purchase
Bought an item, no updates to its arrival, week goes by, I ask for an update, I get a refund, I get an email asking how Arnold Clark done? The experience from purchase to cancellation was long and completely put on my shoulders, not really a great way of showing a first time customer how the business operates. With more cooperation and care i would have still repurchased but with it lacking it’s clear the customer doesn’t matter.
