Recieved a dress which was really thin fabric, low quality. Not fit for purpose. Asked about returning it as it was too small and was told it needs to be returned to China at a min cost of between £17 and £42. The dress was only £22. Emailed them to say their just another just another scam Internet company. They then offered me 5% refund. Clearly they need £20 more than I do. Told them where to go. The last thing I returned to China came back to me 4 months later.....joke! Stay well clear of this dodgy company.

I ordered a pair of adidas Sambas from the German website, and what I received were clearly fake! The quality was poor, the sizing was off, and the overall appearance didn’t match the original product at all.

I contacted customer service immediately to return the shoes, but only received copy-paste automated replies – no return address, no real response. I also tried reaching out to the alternative contact provided in the PayPal confirmation, as suggested by the seller, but got no reply there either.

After weeks of trying to solve the issue directly, I had no choice but to open a dispute through PayPal in order to get my money back. Which thankfully worked very quickly!

I strongly advise others not to buy from this store! The products are not authentic, and there is absolutely no customer support if something goes wrong.

I have been waiting since 10 days to receive my package, please do not trust them they are fake and they will not return your money.

Good luck reaching them after 5pm (when mostn EMERGENCIES occur). They close until the next morning, so, you are screwed.
