I bought a RTX 2080 MSI gaming x trio back in May 2019 from ARIA pc in UK. Now over the last 2 months the GPU has started to show some overheating and fans issues.

I sent a message to ARIA asking about warranty and they told me that the warranty is 2 years (I thought it was 3 years and I am still investigating if it should be 3 yrs or not and I remember being 3 yrs when bought it).
I asked NVIDA customer service and MSI (see attached email and screenshots) and they said it is 3 years.

The ARIA customer service has somehow dismissed me completely saying that the warrant is 2 years and not replied after that. It is also impossible to speak with aria on the phone waited long time.
I have bought numerous GPUs over the years and the warranty is always 3 years. I have also called ARIA Customer service and stayed in the queue for 26 mins with a voice telling me every 10 seconds that my call is very important.

Both NVIDIA and MSI have confirmed that the warranty should be 3 years. Right now the standard warranty terms is also 3 years for brand new MSI GPUs in UK.

Overall other sellers in UK offers better customer service, more reliable, more responsive, especially for the after-care of purchases.
I would not trust ARIA for (RMA either. I am entitled to claim on warranty as it is 3 years and aria should simply honour it.

Excellent service, good prices, can't complain

Decided to order my custom PC from Aria instead of one of the bigger brands, and I wasn't disappointed. The PC came in only two days, I was extremely impressed with the service, attention to detail and value for money.
Jamie sourced all the parts to my specification and helped me pick out a build that suited me.
I can't fault the service.
Overall I would definitely recommend.

I ordered an MSI 3080ti Graphic card and received it the next day. It was faulty, the customer support was very quick and helpful. I returned the faulty card and received a replacement two days later.

Put a lot of orders through Aria in the last year and they've always been great on price and delivery. Great selection of deals as well, could use some better filters when you're searching for a part but that doesn't hurt my rating.

Absolutely amazing service, quick delivery, little bit of a price hike in comparison(£50 for 3070ti) to some other retailers but appreciate the fact you guys are a lot smaller and you also have stock. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Planning to purchase my next upgrade to a 10850k from you
