Competitive prices with their daily deals - always happy with my purchase

All in all a fair service from these guys and I would possibly use them in the future at the very least to compare prices. I purchased I 3 pack of cheap RGB gamemax fans with hub. The website info was sketchy at best however I contacted CS and they responded quickly and realised the product description was not relating to this product but a different version of the Gamemax 3 pk fans. With the limited pictures and the original price being on the high side for the lesser model and having a great discount I made a purchase in the hope they were actually the better version, sadly they were not. I took the hit on the great P&P price of £1.66 and returned said product.[paypal returns on us]

Website was not great to use. Product description lacking or inaccurate.
[although CS past info to the website team it still appears these fans are still incorrectly described more pictures would avoid confusion IMO]
Returns policy is an interesting read, but read and read again is advised.
My refund took about 7 days to show in Paypal.
CS was, for my experience thorough and quick to respond.

I was really impressed with the delivery costs, DPD delivered at a fair low price in relation to the product size.

Shocking "customer service" or more to the point lack of it!
I ordered 2 separate orders within minutes of each other and later that morning I received a notification for 1 of the orders to let me know it had been 'picked by Stanley at 09:00:41.
However, the following day I received an email explaining that due to a supplier pricing error they have had to cancel my order (no mention of my 2nd order). I received the 1st of my 2 refunds 4 days later but had to wait another 4 days for my 2nd refund. Absolutely unacceptable lack of customer service, the only thing they sent me was sn automated "Dear customer.." reply so it looks like they have cancelled many orders & notified everyone en masse!
My review may hot have been so scathing had I not had to ask them for my 2nd refund which they seemingly forgot all about & they have declined every opportunity to reply directly to my emails.

Graphics card is good quality, I am happy with Asus Nvidia Geforce 3060 Ti mini.
Has 3 display ports and 1 Hdmi.
Arrived next day after ordering.

Ordered a SSD hard drive October 26th, Aria cancelled the order the day after to say that the incorrect price had been put on the website.
Trying to get a refund it like trying to get blood out of a stone, neigh impossible.
Called a few times and all you get it give us a day, then next time you call its the same thing..
I have now had to get Paypal involved as Aria don't seem to want to refund anyone..
As far as I can see from recent reviews on here and other places it seems others are having the same problem.
If anyone is thinking of purchasing from Aria then I recommend that you think again and use a different supplier.
They are just total liars and customer service is diabolical.

I ordered an item on the 26th of October, then later that day i got an email later that said "we are happy to confirm your refund" and "please allow 3-5 working days. I received another email the day after to say there had been a pricing error and my refund would take 5-10 working days. It's not really good enough to be honest, they've doubled the time up to 2 weeks for a refund. Still no refund and unfortunately I'll never use them again because I have no trust for them, to me they are either incompetent or have a terrible infrastructure or maybe both.

Ordered from them, money taken yet no product. Not responding to messages either. Very poor.

Still waiting for refund for two orders that was cancelled on the 27th of Oct, emailed them on 28th and still had no reply.

Excellent service as always with fast delivery, and my queries were answered quickly and helpfully.

Purchased online Intel Hex Core i5 10400F Comet Lake CPU/Processor. Arrived on time and as described. Great price.

Terrible company they like to scam customers by using extremely cheap equipment. the owner himself only cares about what's best for him and his company doesn't look out for his employees or customers would advise staying away from the company and the companies connect like gladiator computers.

It’s been a while since I needed to invest in new computer parts. My old HD 7970 turned up its toes and just died. I decided to switch camps and opt for an Nvidia RTX 3060. I had some reservations having heard that there were possibly problems with the latest cards with choke whine and general reliability. I needn’t have worried. With the card ordered from Aria who kept me updated every step of the way, and arrived in the hour time slot allocated. Installation was easy, only one eight pin additional power lead required ( two on the old HD card ) connected to the monitor via display port, previously DVI and wow - what a superior and vibrant display with text more readily legible. All together very pleased.
