No VAT invoices
Following two purchases, Argos has failed to send VAT invoices despite them being requested on numerous occasions. Customer services through live chat just regurgitate the same response “we’ll send an emailed version within 48 hours and a hard copy in the post within 30 days.” We still haven’t received the copies we have requested and have therefore had to resort to sending a formal complaint in writing.

I bought iPhone 17 pro max from Argos Dalston on 18/July .Collected when got home found out there was a fake/dummy phone in the sealed box.Went back on Sunday only to find out that the replacement phone was also a dummy. Finally got a new working phone on Monday Not Happy at all. As I got no real apology from the management
