I ordered and paid for a product on November 25, 2021 and after almost two months of waiting and several emails they still can't tell me when the product will arrive. Furthermore, communication with customer service is one-sided; they don't answer any questions.
The platform is certainly a great e-commerce but the customer service is bad.
well evrything looks nice and rosy, when you are at the website making your selections, but ...... after the selection ,is made, .... hell breaks loose.
In short , these are Scam artist, and i am supriced companies, with reputed, banckgrounds, associate with them ..... people please note they take your money , and they do not deliver... which amounts to a company , siphoning your money... till date i have note recived any product.... all i recive is excuses, and thier in capable, and unprofessional comany, that is run, from BARI ITALY ....... i am hoping after now close to 25 days, my articles, have not yet arrived .... and i think to blame is alo the companies, associating with them ... in particular also the cmpany that i have bought lights from .......stay away from them ..... and the cmpanies on archproducts, they are scam masters.
I purchased 2 Leddi wall lights. Delivery was quicker than expected and the quality of the product was good. Unfortunately due to a translation issue on the website the lights were not suitable. Claudia from Archiproducts was really helpful and agreed to a partial refund to cover the electrical adaptations required. I would definitely recommend this company for their quality and range of products and excellent customer service.
What a terrible company - bad communication and difficult to work with - ordered a £1500 item on the 9th of Nov, they cancelled the order on the 24th with no other communication - iv repeatedly chased only to be issued a credit not on the 13th of December - come on company I want a refund - please issue now!! And if there is any compassion maybe some dispensation to my cc interested as this is over a month 6 weeks in fact!!! Please play nice

They may be strong on prices but after placing order I got a message that manufactures will be able to fulfill in 3 months. Now, it has been 13 days to get refund and there is no sign of (it takes them 10 working days apparently) it plus the problem wit the refund is that I paid in GBP but refund is in Euro so I had to open special Euro account to receive - hassle not work it

Mistakes happen, but how a company and their representatives handle situations when problems arise says a lot about their trustworthiness/integrity.
Archiproducts did perfectly. While international customs for the carrier mishandled repackaging items after their inspection (resulting in damage) this merchant swiftly communicated and resolved the problem. I trust them and would buy from them again in the future.

The product I ordered was fair in price, and quality was exactly as expected. It took several months to receive shipment to U.S., probably due to covid conditions. Communications seemed a bit lacking; I received no word for months while awaiting delivery. I had never ordered from this site before and was a bit worried. However, my leap of faith was in the end rewarded.
Everything was perfect, the delivery in time and the product very good. Recommendation!

All in all the experience with Archiproducts was ok-ish. The customer service is quick an helpful. However there have been a few issues with the internationsl shipping: two of the lamps that I ordered broke during shipping. I was not quick enough to report the issue (3 days) so I couldn't get a refund.
Another order I had tried to return but there are several issues:
a) the goods need to be returned within 2 weeks
b) the shipping needs to be organized and paid by the customer
c) the customer takes the full risk for damages during the shipping.
All of these points combined make it really hard to return goods.
