Ordering was simple talking to your representatives, clarifying my requirements very quickly.

It was very difficult to telephone. The first time I tried I was told someone would respond in 65 minutes. I did not wait. Later the same day the message said 35 minutes. I did hang on and within about 5 minutes my call was answered.
If the time delays are regularly so long you must need more people who can answer the calls, or you will lose customers.

Liam could not have been more clear and more helpful. He listened attentively to my problem with one of my 3 Aqualisa showers. He explained my alternatives to solve the problem and the costs associated with each. In the end we jointly decided that complete replacement was my best option and although it is certainly not a cheap option I decided to go down this route. It is due to be fitted on 4th September so I look forward to that,

I had an issue with Black and gold bits coming from the shower head , Aqualisa where more than happy to replace under warranty without any hassle.

Long wait to speak to someone, offered a ring back didnt get it that day or next so tried again got ring back this time, engineer appt nearly 2 weeks away not what i expected with a premium shower, Been an Aqualisa user for over 30 years a previous engineer visit much quicker that time

Kyan of Aqualisa Showers was very helpful with my enquiry and advised me that my currant shower was no longer available but the engine could still be replaced and gave me the price.
This made me think, then Kyan told me there is a new model that had the same exact fittings as mine and so I asked him the price and decided to have the new model fitted instead.
The phone call was relatively short and straight forward having arranged the date of fitting as well.
