I've had a decent overall experience…
I've had a decent overall experience with Aqua. They froze my card and issued a new one fairly quickly when somehow I was a victim of fraud (to this day I have no idea how as I'm very careful).
The app is easy to use and they have decent credit limits which keep increasing for me. The only real issue I had is that my card completely stopped working for no reason so I assumed it must have developed a fault as there was no account flags or freeze this time.
Luckily it was quite easy to order a replacement which arrived within a week or so.
It was also relatively easy to regain access to my account after my phone was broken including the SIM (meaning I couldn't verify from my mobile any longer) and the security / having to call a customer service line wasn't too bad.
They've also successfully refunded a couple of disputed transactions with relative ease as well.
I'll be keeping my Aqua card and account for the foreseeable future.

I have had an excellent experience since May 2026 with Aqua Card so far. Very easy to apply, won't hurt your credit score, and it's very positive even helps to build your credit score. After applying, once everything is approved, you can get an Aqua Credit Card with all the details in the Aqua App, ready to use instantly and for Apple or Google Pay as well. After a few days, the physical card will be delivered to your wallet. Communication between the Aqua Card customer and Aqua Card is very reliable via email and SMS notifications.
