What a great service, I knew I wanted a Miele washing machine to replace our old machine, must be honest went to my local village supplier and was weeks wait so went on line, came across appliance superstore read the reviews and they were mixed but decided to phone and make the initial contact, not quite sure about the negative reviews but could not of received a better service, from the moment I phoned I had positive response to say exactly when the machine would be with them and an approximate day when it would be delivered, asked if it could be delivered within a certain time slot ,we decided to order was then given confirmation and a delivery slot exactly as we requested, perfect. Delivery day I was phoned within the time slot to say they would be 20 mins away and yes arrived exactly on time , very nice delivery driver and bought into the allocated area , recommend this company they are so good and extremely helpful in after sales too for me re claiming cash back from Miele. As and when we need more appliances will definitely be ordering from them again definitely 5 stars

Shocking company. Igorened email and given 22 mins notice of delivery after being told delivery will be in a couple of days

I was having problems getting a company to deliver a range cooker to a first floor property. Appliance Superstore were only too happy to help and made sure the delivery (including having a gas fitter on site) went off smoothly. Les and Laura in Customer Services were extremely helpful. I would use the company again.

Telephone support was very helpful and Martin who did the delivery was very patient an knoledgeable.

Awful customer service. Avoid this company, stick with a reputable company like John Lewis if you want good customer service. These guys don’t care about their customers whatsoever.

After a week of searching for and also purchasing a specific elica induction extracting hob only to be told the stock would be arriving in 4 weeks or more I stumbled on these guys. With all my disappointment so far with false stock levels I decided to live message to check and spoke to Laura. Already with doubt in my mind she informed me it was in stock, to which I gave her my post code to see when delivery would be in my area and she said tomorrow. Alarm bells went off in my head, too convenient? Also the lads are loading the van now so if I get the order in 20 minutes, pressure selling? My hob turned up the day after as promised and was delivered by a really lovely chap who carried it in for my partner and checked it over for her. Congratulations on a great service guys.

We bought a lot of things for our new kitchen.
They gave us a great price and helped us take advantage of a cash-back offer. I can't say enough good things about them.

I wanted an item that was out of stock everywhere. Appliance Superstore got it in with a few days, and put up with me delaying the delivery date so I could get someone in to take it up difficult stairs for me. Their delivery man was awesome, he called me before the delivery and was little ray of sunshine compared to the Currys delivery drivers I had used recently. Everyone I dealt with was polite and informative, AND they called me back when they said they would. I swore never to use Currys ever again because of awful service, this place is the exact opposite. Its like years ago dealing with the shop around the corner. Full marks for service standards, I will def use you again.

Order placed 3 weeks before requested delivery date and still nothing being delivered.
They offer a choice of delivery date, but this is only for the show.
Their response when questioned: “we don’t commit to anything, we don’t abide by delivery date, we don’t do this and we don’t do that”.

Totally pleased with how Appliance Superstore handled the purchase and installation of our Miele Oven. Excellent in every way from price, friendly communication, delivery time and installation issues. Highly recommend without the slightest hesitation, and will definitely use again. A big thank you!

Brilliant service from Appliance Superstore thank you! All staff were happy to help me on the few visits and phonecalls it took me to make my decision on the hob I purchased. I'm not a quick decision kind of person when spending a lot of money and this didn't seem to be a problem to Appliance Superstore. I was also given a lot of help with the ducting I needed. There was a bit of a panic with the stock situation, I needed the hob for my worksurface template appointment and it's arrival in time was good luck. I think everyone should understand there are stock problems internationally at the moment but it would help if the website was more up to date. I was kept well informed by e-mail correspondence once I'd made the purchase.

I spent ages researching the fridge freezer I wanted to buy, and where to buy it. Finally landed on these guys as they had stock and do installation. Price was ok. Consulted with family, added everything to my basket etc. etc.

I had a slight niggling doubt, so I phoned before pressing PAY... and guess what? No stock till February.

I've looked at a LOT of websites today, and others say 'awaiting stock' or 'back order' in this situation. Huge waste of my time.

Placed an order for Miele tumble dryer. The status of the order then got updated to awaiting stock. I asked them to cancel the order as the delivery time was updated to 4-6 weeks. However the product is still available to buy online.
So they take the order and then try to arrange for stock.

Absolute phenomenal service! By accident the wrong induction hob appliance was delivered and we only realised when our fitter began to fit our kitchen appliance. We were straight in the phone to Appliance Superstore and within 15 mins it was sorted and we had a swap the very next morning at 7am! The fact we are all human and make mistakes is fine, these guys rectified immediately and ensured we had the correct item in no time flat! Will definitely use this place again! Thank you.

From the order till the time of delivery everything was well organised and punctual.
I received a confirmation email a minute after the oven was delivered with a picture of it and my signature done on the driver’s phone.

Ordered a Fisher and Paykel fridge-freezer that seemed to be out of stock almost everywhere else in the UK. The seller even gave me a £200 discount.
Nervous that the seller had promised me a fridge that may not actually be in stock I googled the company name and found a lot of hate. This put me in a bit of a panic. Whilst I couldn't always get through to them on the phone first time, I eventually got through to them and was reassured it was a phsyical unit allocated to me.
True to their word, they delivered the product on time and the driver was remarkably friendly and polite, a real credit to you.
Don't believe what you read on the internet. I spent 10 days worrying I'd placed an order with a scam company but they were, all things considered, excellent.

(disclaimer - product is still in the packaging but packaging in excellent condition and confirmed the model number is the unit I have ordered)
