Ease of Booking, Delivery everything seemed good. But the Beko washing machine we bought from you turned faulty before my first wash. Drum didn't rotate. And of course then we are left to fend on our own with Beko. Would have been nice if AO could at least mediate on behalf of customers for some time after the product was bought

Excellent Service. Quick and Easy.
Ordering process was quick and easy and offered all the additional services I needed for the new washing machine. Fitter was pleasant and professional and went above and beyond to make sure the fitting went smoothly and even adjusted the integrated door for me. Communication on the delivery was there throughout. All in all I couldn’t fault anything.
