Anorak is full of gorgeous colours and I love lots of the designs, especially those on the sleeping bags. Service is always fantastically prompt, messages are always cheery and although it is quite expensive, things are well made, beautifully presented & long lasting.

Excellent pyjamas. Brilliant and bold pattern that have washed brilliantly. Very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

It is very easy to order and find what I am looking for. I ordered towels that arrived in a couple of days. They are super quality and the colours are great which is true of everything I have bought from Anorak.

I love the Anorak website and their use of sustainable materials. It is full of beautiful, colourful clothes and homeware. The kissing rabbits towels and flannels are great quality and have maintained their colour, wash after wash. There is so much to choose from, that's the tricky part! : )

Love the shirts especially, but this applies to everything I’ve bought tbh- fantastic patterns and colours, prompt dispatch, great customer service. The items wear and wash well, plus they really brighten up my wardrobe!

Absolute con! No client service, no answer so ever! 100£ to buy a PJ then you get a 45£ surprise taxes for abroad delivery and then you get 25£ to return it and then you’ve wasted 170£ for goods you didn’t évent get! Vulgar! Don’t order.

The term ‘Customer Service’ should not be used for Anorakonline. Experiencing some severe personal matters did not factor into why the items I had to return for a refund or exchange, would not be acknowledged by Anorakonline. I am now sat with two pairs of pyjamas and a dress, that are of no use. I never write reviews but felt impelled to write this and feel extremely saddened when Anorakonline could have shown good customer service skills and basic human consideration. Their product is lovely, I have purchased many items, which is fine when you do not need for a return. From an extremely disappointed and sorry to say, ex customer.

I wish I could give lower than one star. They sent me a clutch which has lining come off (THE DAY I RECEIVED IT) and when I reached out to the customer service and shared pictures...Veronica said "It is embossed with your name so we can't do anything". Well, Veronica, are you blind to emboss a defective clutch in the first place? ANORAK IS FRAUD AND TERRIBLE SELLER. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Gorgeous dress but was too big ... returned via the return service and put my Klarna payments on hold.
message over a month later from Klarna saying they haven4t been notified by Anorak that they have received my return.
no contact number .
awaiting an email reply
RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish I had read reviews first! I ordered 3 items from Anorak. The dress received is lovely but there is no explanation of where my other 2 items are. I have emailed TWICE but no response. The phone number on google search is no longer available. I'm starting to think this is a dodgy company.
I can't imagine that if this is a genuine company that I would order from them again.
I need to get a refund for the missing items.
Note to Anorak "Excellent Customer Service is essential". The only reason I have given 2 stars is for the lovely item I did receive

Ordered 2 items from Anorak several weeks ago. Happy with the dress I received, lovely print and material but I returned a blouse which was too big. Received an email 16 days ago saying they had received my return but I’m still waiting for my refund. Have sent 2 emails and had no reply. Very poor customer service. If I had read the reviews here before ordering from Anorak, I wouldn’t have used this company. Very disappointing.

This is the first time I have purchased from Anorak and I would like to say I love the dress. The material is beautiful and the fit is perfect. It was packed beautifully and arrived very quickly! I am glad you care about our planet and keep producing beautiful clothes. I will definitely be ordering from them again. :-)

Poor. Order placed last month, after a week I chased about delivery, was told next week, now I hear nothing. Customer service number has been disconnected,

Had an order from Anorak come with insufficient postage so had to pay £3.50 to the post office to even get it. When I returned the item, 21 days came and went and no response from emails and no way of calling them as the customer services number is not in use any more.
Shocking 'service!'

First time I have used this company purchased, purchased a dress in 2 different sizes, love the dress and went to return one size, oh how I wish I had read the return details, 21 working days for a return, apparently this is how long it takes for your bank to process the payment, absolute rubbish, so I am still waiting. Such a shame as I do like the clothes but will not be purchasing again due to the refund policy.
