I have mixed feelings about these pyjamas, having bought one pair at half price, and one pair at full price. I liked the fit at first, though they needed a few washes to feel soft, which made me wonder if I was paying for the funky print rather than the quality of the material. Unfortunately, over time the stretch has just become really saggy and unflattering, even though I have never washed them over 40. It’s a shame because it’s hard to find quality pyjamas that don’t need ironing.

The zip on my sleeping bag has become unfit for purpose. I originally emailed way back at the beginning of June & have had one response, asking me a question, which i replied to straight away.
I have had no correspondence since.
If there was a no star option for customer service that's the rating which I would have given.

Bought some tencel pyjamas, beautiful print but after one delicate wash as per the instructions they've shrunk horribly. I have emailed customer services twice now over the course of a week and like other reviewers, have been completely ignored. There is no phone number available which is probably telling in highlight. I wouldn't purchase again.

Had sent an email query to customer services using the contact information available on the website. Never heard back.
Decided to place an order anyway. Delivery was good and on time.
Price does not match quality, felt underwhelmed.

Great quality and comfort. Everything i wanted from my pyjamas. A bit expensive.

Bought an organic towel each for me and my partner last year, they're still in excellent condition! Beautiful prints, thick non-snag fabric, wash really well. It was important for me to source organic and ethically made so thank you Anorak for making that possible!

Bought a lovely jumper that had a number of loose wool threads which I guess could be a one off, but disappointing win the less. it was the customer service which was the worst part. The took a week to get back to me about a return for the faulty jumper. then the parcel sat somewhere waiting for collection for days. I got a refund but it's still 'pending' on PayPal, still waiting. Also they said the would refund me postage for returning it but that never happened.

Great quality products from a small company that has a good ethos promoting sustainability. Their pyjamas are really comfortable in funky colours and prints.

I love this store! I bought their towel sets recently which are deliciously fluffy and cosy. And have bought a dress and a jumper in the past, both are my favourite go-to pieces which have lasted really well over time. I wouldn't usually go out my way to leave a review, but this company bring quality, comfort and colour together perfectly. Highly recommend.

I've bought a couple of things from Anorak - a weave jumper which I wore constantly last winter and which held up well. No bobbling as can be the case these days. It tended to stretch out of shape a bit but would return to original shape once washed. I really love it and I'm considering getting one in one of the new colourways.

I also bought a dress which fitted well and was good quality. I would buy a dress again. Delivery was quick and it was well packaged.

Amazing quality and such fun designs....I have bought mainly from the homewares section. Towels. They are wonderful. I have made numerous purchases over the years for myself, and I have also bought the towel sets for presents. I am always delighted when they arrive and have received excellent customer service. I once had a query with the order/delivery, and it was corrected immediately, without any hesitation. I cannot recommend this company enough. 5 Stars all round.

I have bought a few items from Anorak over the years, the most recent being a beautiful jumper. The cut is very flattering and I have worn it loads since I bought it. I love the company’s sustainable ethos and will happily continue shopping from them.

Fabulous fun high quality products with great designs we now have multiple sets of the towels / bedding / pijamas and all highly recommended. Plus great to support a small British company

Anorak is full of gorgeous colours and I love lots of the designs, especially those on the sleeping bags. Service is always fantastically prompt, messages are always cheery and although it is quite expensive, things are well made, beautifully presented & long lasting.

Excellent pyjamas. Brilliant and bold pattern that have washed brilliantly. Very comfortable. Would highly recommend.
