Ordered two to sets of 16 cameras and recorders. Unfortunately only one recorder arrived. Great assistance from the customer care team especially Megean who promptly arranged dispatch of the missing unit. So far one system is up and running and the quality of the cameras/recordings is excellent. Great value for money and a great company to deal with

The tech support is great.
They followed up, even when I didn't. They gave me the right answers. I remember at one point (before this latest situation) I allowed them to remote in, something I very rarely do as I'm an IT guy. They were respectful of my privacy and fixed the issue. So yes, I recommend them.
