This camera is a guardian angel I love this company and it's cameras. They are built to last absolutely amazing video quality and audio is unmatched I recommend this product to anyone who wants amazing results but whom are on a budget I got mine from Amazon but you can pick em up in several major retail websites

I purchased this system in November of 2025. I have education in computers & electronics. I was skeptical about the price of this system. It’s been four months since I purchased this, my skepticism is gone, replaced with being impressed.

I installed 18tb of storage, with 12 cameras going, I have 6 months of storage. The night vision is impressive, almost like daylight. The recordings mark if they detect people, vehicles and motion, all very cool. PTZ cameras are my best choice, so far. The phone APP is very easy to use, easy to access playback video. The support was outstanding, getting feedback most times within one day.

I live by Detroit Metro airport, I included a deer shot, very uncommon around here, nice to see it.

For the price, along with their support, I would buy these again.

I highly recommend Hiseeu security system. It has been great cameras. The picture is clearer than any I've seen before . The customer service is wonderful. They are very helpful and respectful. I couldn't ask for more, Hiseeu has a great product and a great team. Thank You

Beware of deceptive marketing. These cameras fail to reconnect to the Wifiautomatically if the router or the camera power-cycles. If a power cycle of the router happens, then you have to be physically reset these wifi cameras, which means that if these are installed, then they will require you to uninstall, reprogram the wifi etc. These are Light bulb cameras manufactured by Hiseeu , Model PS04, APP EseeCloud Wifi: 2.4/5.8GHz; Made in China; The app support in Esee support said they knew about this firmware issue in the cameras and said that they can do nothing about it. Now I have to throw these away in the garbage, as these can no longer be used for remote monitoring or remote home. Stay away from this manufacturer and the APP EseeCloud. Shame on this Chinese vendor. You are better off buying Foscam or Yi IOT cameras !

I would give no stars, advertised smart wireless solar camera with no hidden fees. They want bank card info. $0.00 for first day, $49.99 every month after. Not mentioned in advertisement. Amazon is complicit.

I purchased a nvr combo and no storage device shows up on the screen, I called customer service about the issue, they were supposed to email me and never did. I tried to call them back and now I get a busy signal. This is sorriest equipment ever. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

Disappointing Camera Quality and Customer Support!
I was extremely dissatisfied with the cameras I purchased. Their performance was far below expectations, and the quality can only be described as poor. 5 out of 10 cameras failed in a storm, all along one side of my house.
Lack of Customer Support
My frustration was compounded by the company's customer support—or rather, the absence of it. Attempts to reach out for help proved pointless, as support was practically non-existent.
Company Reputation Concerns
The company is based in China and, unfortunately, has garnered a poor reputation. Had I checked the reviews beforehand, I would have been warned about these issues.
Advice for Future Consumers
This experience has taught me a valuable lesson. I want to caution others to research thoroughly before making a purchase, especially from this particular company.

The camera has good clear pictures. I have installed an SD card but the software keeps trying to sell me cloud storage at high prices. Now adds are starting to appear. So not very happy.

I paid for cloud storage on 2 cameras, I had to reinstall one of them, and now im being told to pay for cloud again, dont use it it's a con. I have contacted Hiseeu customer service today, they have told me I have to pay to get the cloud service that I already paid for, what a con thay are.

Do not buy, camera okay, app and cloud payment plan is criminal, the prices change and there is no advantage to expanding the security around the house. Reolink 6 cameras = 40euro per annum, Hiseeu is 55USD per annum per camera!!!!!

Shenzhen Hiseeu Technology Co., Ltd — Fraudulent Seller on Alibaba. My Experience.

I want to warn everyone about Shenzhen Hiseeu Technology Co., Ltd, a supplier operating on Alibaba.
My experience with this company turned out to be a complete scam, and I am sharing my story so others won’t fall into the same trap.

What happened:

I ordered a set of security cameras advertised as 8MP (4K UHD, 3840×2160), clearly stated in the payment link provided by the seller.

In reality, I received cameras with only 2560×1440 resolution (3.7MP). The devices even had “5MP” stickers, which already contradicts the order.

After testing all 16 cameras, I discovered that most of them are either non-functional or unstable.

The monitor that was supposed to be 21.5 inches turned out to be only 19 inches, which can be verified with a simple measurement.

Evidence:

I have photos and videos proving:

The actual resolution of the cameras.

The false labeling.

The fact that most of the equipment does not work at all.

Seller’s behavior:

Refuses to admit fault.

Claims “document mistakes” instead of taking responsibility.

Intentionally downgrades product specifications while charging for higher-quality goods.

Alibaba’s response:

Instead of protecting me under Trade Assurance, they tried to close the dispute by offering partial refunds.

However, Alibaba’s own rules clearly state that if goods do not meet the specifications, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.

Conclusion:

Shenzhen Hiseeu Technology Co., Ltd is a fraudulent company deliberately scamming buyers by selling defective and downgraded products.

I have already filed complaints with:

12315 (China Consumer Protection),

CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission),

and also initiated a chargeback through my bank.

⚠️ Stay away from Shenzhen Hiseeu Technology Co., Ltd.
They sell broken, misrepresented products, and Alibaba unfortunately does little to protect buyers.

I ordered directly from Hiseeu’s website and was impressed by how fast my order arrived — way quicker than I expected. The cameras themselves are solid, with very good image quality for the price. I’m really satisfied overall.

That said, the person recognition feature isn’t perfect, especially at night — sometimes it mistakes chickens or dogs for people. Also, their support team initially didn’t want to honor a promotion that included a free camera, but after some persistence they did fulfill it — so I give them credit for making it right in the end.

Connectivity slow ,no power indicator, manual says wait for the beep. there is no beep. no red or grren light even. So stupid that this product does not have power indicator light.

I purchased a CCTV system from Amazon in July 2024, this week one of my cameras went into fault. I emailed Hiseeu costomer support, I received an email back within ten minutes asking me for further details. Once I had sent it off I received an immediate reply informing me that they would replace the camera without charge and as the cameras I originaly purchased are no longer sold was I happy to accept a newer model. I was then sent a shipping notice telling me my new camera would be with me on Monday. The customer service has been second to none I can't enphathise enough how easy and helpful the customer service has been. Fantastic job Hiseeu UK.

Worst camera system I've ever own want never buy another set can't keep them running having to hit reset button on a different camera everyday

Depends on which one you buy, of course. However, the small bullet-style cameras with internal antenna have a strong wifi connection. It has all the bells and whistles that you would expect in a modern camera including night vision, spotlight, human detection, etc. Easy app included too.

Hiseeu has great customer support. Anytime I have called, emailed or used the in app help I have always been able to speak with a live agent. Their agents are happy to help and take you by the hand and walk you through the entire system. I have installed my share of security systems and the system you get from HISEEU is very good quality for the price you pay. Don't expect to get a thousand dollar dome camera. But you don't have to pay an installer the HISEEU wireless systems that I have encountered have all been pretty much plug and play. Again don't expect miracles but the software, eventhough it can be a little clunky at times until you get used to it is pretty good and easy to use and easy to figure out. I have purchased and installed add-on cameras and they are always simple to connect to the NVR wifi. Just plug them in and the NVR pretty much does the rest. Then go place it where you want it.

Cameras are garbage. System has connectivity issues. Alerts happen sporadically sometimes not at all. No support. Massive false alarms then no alarm when there should be. The list goes on and on. Complete waste of money. Absolutely trash

I bought three different ones, and all of them done the same, worked good in the beginning and all stopped working,it’s a delay on all and all of them stopped working on my mobile app, no more foreign cameras USA only‼️‼️😡😡 trash 🚮

I've been through many cameras, this camera system was the easiest and most reliable. Customer service has been great. They've been there to help even years later.
