OnTrac
You shipped my order using the worst possible carrier, OnTrac, and the result was my package was mistakenly sent to Washington. Then when it came back to California, they claimed to need a gate code (I don't have a gate or code), resulting in another day of delay.
Use a better shipping partner.

Great daily driver
I use this battery daily for personal and travel use. I get about 5 charges for my phone, and gets my laptop over 50%, but I have a pretty big battery on my computer. I have noticed some output issues when having more than 2 devices connected, especially if your running passthrough, but such a rare case for me. For my day to day this device is perfect

This is a really nice device
This is a really nice device. I'm loving how fast it can charge my devices and I can trust it with my iphone and my old bluetooth speakers. Love how it can be left plugged into the wall waiting for more devices to be charged. It takes good care of your devices' batteries! Good product.
