Animalin m’a prélevé un acompte alors que les pet sitters que j’avais sélectionnés n’ont jamais répondu. Quand j’ai demandé un remboursement, on m’a répondu : « Nous vous avons envoyé un contact, donc vous êtes facturé. » Ce “contact” était en réalité un pet sitter non qualifié que je n’avais jamais choisi (loin, zéro avis) et à qui Animalin a transmis mes coordonnées sans mon accord.

Cette personne m’a même appelé directement sur mon mobile à 22h, ce qui est un vrai problème de confidentialité.

J’ai donc payé pour rien, faute de pet sitters disponibles, et mes données personnelles ont été mal gérées. Je ne recommande pas ce service.

Animalin charged me a down payment even though the sitters I selected never replied. When I asked for a refund, they told me: “We sent you a contact, so you are charged.” That “contact” was an unqualified sitter I never chose (far away, zero reviews) and that Animalin shared my details without my permission.

That sitter even called me directly on my mobile at 10pm. This is a serious privacy issue.

I basically paid for nothing because Animalin does not have enough available sitters, and my personal data was mishandled. I cannot recommend this service.

This site is not reliable . You see a lot of possible care takers but when you post your need, no one replies. And they dont tell you that if no one is available for your demand, they wont give your money back. It feels like a scam! It is absurd and their customer service is pathetic!

Fantastic concept. So easy to use. Input your details and pet details, dates you need a sitter and available sitters contact you. You can then arrange to visit them to make sure both parties are happy. We had such a fantastic experience and it was so good to know our dog was being looked after in a home rather than kennels. In fact he ended up sleeping on a bed. Can’t recommend the process enough

The sitter was nice on the phone and when she met my husband. My dog came home happy

This web-site helped us to find a dog sitter for our doggy :) So it’s fully performs its functions and I’m happy that found the site. The interface not always easy to understand, but in general it’s ok as the main thing is to solve the request (find a dog sitter)!

A punctual, sympathetic and caring service that was totally reliable

I was looking for a petsitter, i paid 47€ at first then meet up with the girl who asked me pay 50€ same day she took my dog and the rest of the payment will be at the end of the service. 10 mins later she called me saying she doesnt want to take care of my dog anymore because my dog doesnt listen to them, pee 'd at their floor etc etc. now im asking for rembursement of the payment that i paid earlier and they dont want to re pay me back.

And the Girl that i spoke to day after i got my dog back was so rude at the phone conversation.

Ami malin est excellent site. Efficace et rapide. La mise en relation est ensuite faite en direct. Assurance possible.

Attention ce site est une fraud. J ai payé 25 euros en avance pour un potentiel pet sitter. J ai trouvé un autre petsitter sur un autre site. J ai envoyé immediatement un message pour annuler my demande. Ils refusent de me rembourser bien que j'ai l option dannulation. Une arnaque.

Be careful, this site is a scam. They made you paid in advance for a service they might not provide. I found a petsitter on another site and tried to cancel my request. Impossible to cancel from the website. They faked a booking and you have to cancel. I had the refund option but not possible to get my money back.

obviously a fake and a fraud: asked me 18 Euros to get the information of a pet sitter. the contacts I got are fake, zero replies to mails, messages and phone call. Spent 3 days looking to contact and zero.

obviously now the number to call for information does not work and obviously I will never see a refund.

Don't use this website, it's terrible! I don't understand how they can legally operate. The site is designed ON PURPOSE to take payments for services THEY CANNOT PROVIDE. I had to pay in advance for a pet-sitting service for 10 days. I'd never tried the website before, so I selected the option to pay extra in case it didn't work out and I had to cancel. In the end, NONE of the petsitters nearby were available/suitable. Despite the fact that Amimalin were not able to provide the service I paid for, they refused to refund me the money. Reading through their small print that they sent in defence, it is basically impossible to get money back for whatever reason, unless you die or your pet dies. If you get lucky and manage to find someone suitable, god for you. If the only available petsitter is a teenager who lives 25km away and doesn't respond to your messages, you are either forced to accept this "service" or you lose all your money. It's a complete scam. Criminal enterprise with a nice looking website.

Didn't found me a petsitter, refusing me a refund, very poor service.

Not sure why there are service fees because there is zero client service! I contacted them when I realized that my cat was not being properly being taken care of by the petsitter (while I was abroad) and they completely ignored what I told them and told me to just carry on with the sitting. I had to contact a family friend to go get him and rescue him out of that nightmare place!

Everything was perfect, Elodie was a nice and carefull host for my dogs!

They just want yo steal money from you. We didn't find any pet sitter and they don't respond to our messages and took our money.
