Excellent company never had a problem…
Excellent company never had a problem with them once they had verified the breed of dog i have. The vets get paid directly off them for any treatments and i get a notification this as been done.

We have been with Animal friends for just over a year and had to make a claim for one of our cats. The process could not have been any easier. We had 3 separate claims that went in for the same condition all were dealt with extremely quickly and the money was paid into our within days …. Could not be happier

Had the policy for nearly 10 years never claimed
Access i think is excessive and then to be told only pay approx 80% of claim due to my age of my dog came as a shock - lesson learnt!!

I can confirm that all claims are assessed in line with Terms & Conditions of your chosen policy.
We have 6 excess options, these are £69, £99, £159, £199, £249 and £299. When you first set up the policy, you select which excess you would like.
The 20% co-payment is applicable on all of our policies and comes into effect when dogs turn 8 years old and above. Details of how the co-payment works and how it is applied can be found in your policy documents sent to you at point of purchase and every year after at renewal.

They were absolutely fantastic from…
They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Been with them for a few years and had to make a claim. The whole process was really easy and they kept me advised the whole time. Would highly recommend and they paid out in a couple of days when you have to pay vets in advance.
