Noticeable difference in both outside noise reduction and inside warmth. Two small flaws only spoiled it - one poorly closing window and 2 with slightly wonky seals. Both of these issues were quick... See more

Was promised local fitters, but they had to travel over 2 hours a day. Let down on the original fitting date with 24 hrs notice and promised extra people would be at the property to ensure the windows and doors were completed on the original end date, however this did not happen and the fitters said it would take double the time I had originally been advised. Fitters themselves were great but the customer experience is shocking. Even after complaining and chasing up a response I am yet to receive acknowledgment, very frustrating.

I asked someone to come and give me a quote for a conservatory roof. He arrived and gave me the hard sell He asked me what other companies I was getting quotes from then proceeded to say negative things about each one. He said Id never get it done under 10K and it would be about 15K. I have now had a quote from a very reputable company that Ive used before saying they can do it for under 9K. I felt uncomfortable with the over the top sales techniques. To top it all I never recieved an actual quote so it was all a waste of time. He seemed annoyed that I asked him to stop the sales pitch, maybe this is why I didn't recieve a quote.

Windows fitted which were fine but some aesthetic pieces were not fitted so bay window looks unfinished. Tried getting the back to fix the job but were continually fobbed off. Finally paid windows off and within a few weeks a sash window in the bedroom broke as it will not stay up or open.
This is where the trouble really began as their customer service team for repairs are terrible. You always have to spend over 30 minutes on hold to get through to them. Once you do you have to tell them the whole saga again and they tell you they cannot help as they need to contact a regional repairs area. This area is never contactable. No one can ever get through to them. I asked the operator to keep trying until someone answered and he couldn't as he had escalated to one of his seniors. I told him this had been the same tactic all other operators use for the last two months and that he could very well keep ringing the regional repair centre. He said he couldn't. I asked him if it was physically impossible for him to do so and he said he could, but he had tried for over 10 minutes(!) and could not get through. I pointed out to him that I had waited nearly 45 minutes just to get through to him so 10 minutes was not that long really. Call ended in awkward silence as he could/would not arrange a date for repairs. This happens every time I call and I believe this is a standard practice for them as they just don't want to have to make the repairs.
EDIT: Since posting i have received a call and arranged a visit for the repairs to take place. However, this took a lot of time and effort and I had to get quite angry for them to respond.

Anglian new front door - the entire process, from sales and survey to installation, was seamless from the professional, helpful and friendly team.
The installers did a great job, working here in direct sun and 30 degrees plus temperatures.
The new white Anglian front door looks great. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Had a visit from John Neale to inspect stiffness in an Everest door fitted September 2025. He identified the problem, re-fitted the door and solved the problem. An excellent experience overall.

Happy with final outcome but not what was exactly asked for. What I was told I could have (matching glass on side panel) was not actually possible.

I was approached by a door to doo canvasser on 20th August about improving my front door, something I'd already been considering, so I agreed to a follow-up appointment at 1pm that same day to discuss options. Before the appointment, I received a call from the office to confirm, and spoke to a gentleman named Ivan. Unfortunately, the call was disappointing. Rather than a straightforward conversation about front door specification, which is what the 1pm appointment was meant to cover, Ivan came across as abrupt and pushy, steering the conversation toward a porch instead, despite this not being what the call was meant to confirm. When I didn't immediately go along with this, he became rude, and the call ended with him hanging up suddenly. As a result, I was left without the appointment properly confirmed and feeling quite put off by the whole process. I understand sales target exist, but this isnt the way to build trust with potential customers. Disappointing start to what could have been a good experience.

I had a new front door and a large new window installed about 2 years ago. I was very pleased with the work and the products when they were fitted.
Sadly I had cause to ring the emergency services a couple of weeks ago who had to "break in", and consequently my beautiful door was damaged.
I called Lee Fisher from the South East Team who requested photos and told me the door could definitely be repaired. I had to pay £125 up front, but as soon as I did Lee emailed me back with a date to fix it, literally a week after my first call. So quick!!
I also requested a morning appointment which was given to me. Tony McArthur, also from the South East Team arrived about 11.30am. He was pleasant, efficient and quick. It seemed that the serious damage had only affected the hinges and consequently there were gaps where there shouldn't have been. He took a bit less than an hour to complete the job, and was able to re-use the existing hinges and re-hang the door. So there was no more money to pay.
My door now closes exactly as smoothly as it did when first installed, the hinges are secure and there are no more gaps. My door is as good as new and I am extremely grateful, also because it only cost £125.
What lovely people who know what they are doing.
I am absolutely delighted and would use Anglian again.

From the very beginning we have had nothing but trouble.
plastic starting falling of the door.
to which we were told it was normal.
then the key on the door was getting very stiff to lock.
then when we have wind there was a howling noise. .
the door wasnt insulated when it was installed.
the key is getting stiff again.
complaining to Anglian is a nightmare.
I have been waiting for a reply from my local area since the beginning off May.
I wouldnt pay so much again for a patio door from this company.
