I just wanted to leave a massive thank you to Ian at Andrew’s Office Furniture in Cricklewood. From the moment I walked in, Ian’s customer service has honestly been the best I’ve ever experienced. He genuinely understood everything I was looking for and was incredibly helpful, patient, and calm — especially important when you’re trying to find the perfect office chair and end up trying nearly every one!

At no point did I feel rushed. Ian really took his time to make sure I found exactly what suited me best. His approach made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and it’s genuinely because of his amazing service that I decided to stick with this store.

The delivery team were super efficient and very friendly. They also were very persist in helping us even with the difficulties of installing the cabinets up a set of spiral staircases.

AOF arrived on time as planned for our office move and I can't recommend them enough. They asked and considered what items we wanted first in the new office and planned the loading of the 2 vans around our wishes. They even helped us to put desks back together when we got there!
The whole team were brilliant. They worked so hard and efficiently moving the whole office until the last box was unloaded. The whole team were very professional, polite and considerate, we can't thank them enough as there was a lot of stairs involved!
We also ordered some new office furniature from AOF as well and they have kept us updated throughout until the delivery.

Ordered a second hand sit/stand desk and pedestal, there was a problem with my inital order but great communication from AOF and this was quickly sorted. Prompt delivery and the team that delivered were great, placed my items as arranged, and demonstrated the operation of the desk and checked the pedestal draw locking before leaving. The items are of good quality, I'm extreamly pleased with the
purchase, and would not hesitate to use AOF again.
