Can recommend Amplifon in Exeter. The audiologist is excellent. I bought my aids in Spain 18 months ago and didn't wear them as I felt they were second rate. I learnt so much from this lady in an hour. She showed me things about them i never knew. They are now worn all day every day and it has changed my life around. When you spend a lot of money you expect the best and she is just that without doubt.

Great welcome and made to feel comfortable and relaxed. After the test there was no pressure to buy a setof earphones. The results were explained clearly. I dont need them at the moment but will head back again next year.

Made a phone appointment to go to Gloucester today. Free trial advertised two phone calls to confirm . Went into town had to find a disabled space to park got to the door to be told no free trials anymore which are still being. Advertised !! This wasted 2 hours of my time!!!
