Mixed feelings.
I am so sorry for living such low score.
I have mixed feelings about my experience with AMP. Because the nearest ABN AMRO branch was quite far, I opted for a home visit. And if I didn't have my partner, Dutch national, I would be in trouble. The person that visited me did not make me feel comfortable, he was a bit rude, rushed, unprofessional, I guess the worker was not Dutch as his first nationality.
I hope ABN AMRO are more professional and approachable.

Bad user experience
I ordered a Xperia XZ Phone on T-Mobile and also a SIM card for my girlfriend, the employee that came to deliver them had some problems with the computer and in the end she was only able to delivery my girlfriend SIM, not the phone that I bought.
Since they were not able to delivery the phone they canceled the order on T-Mobile and now T-Mobile does not allow me to make another order until the current one is canceled.

Sad to hear we couldn’t deliver your package. I can see in the order that not every detail was correct at the contract. My colleague tried to change this but the system didn’t accepted the change. We can’t deliver your order when the system doens’t except the change. That is why we couldn’t deliver and you have to place a new order with the right details.
