The day before I was having total knee replacement surgery, I had an issue with my Ameriglide Rave ll chair lift. I called tech support in a complete panic. The tech I spoke calmed me down and assured me he would do his best to get the problem fixed. My son in law, Glenn. installed it and could not be available talk to the tech until after work. The tech would be gone by that time, so he gave me his personal cell so he could be contacted when Glenn was available. They worked on it together for probably 30-45 minutes and resolved all the issues! I will forever be thankful that this kind and supportive tech went above and beyond to provide the best support available! I do believe this is an excellent company and recommend that anyone with mobility problems select Ameriglide to work with!

Did a goggle search looking for a stair lift and came across this company. I went to order a lift but couldn't get payment through, so I called and got Andres Avila as an agent and went through the process of ordering a chair lift. He was able to order a chair cheaper then what it would cost through the web site. Order placed and then got email saying they had trouble with payment. I called bank to find out there was a limit on card for fraud protection, they raised it and I emailed Andres Avila that they now can get payment. I soon got email from from Andres Avila with a receipt. This was placed on 01/09/26 and got lift on 01/15/26. I decided to install myself only due to my skill set and took me about 3 hours to install. I'm overall pleased with their product and their service. Thank you Andres Avila

Overall, the experience based on the installer, Gavin S., and Customer Service was very good. I purchased the unit in November 2025 for physical health reasons, and the unit was just installed on 01/09/2026. I would not recommend the salesperson (Colin) for several reasons (he could not remember me nor recall the details of my transactionand was always 'at the beach' or on vacation). AmeriGlide explained how their salespeople talk to hundreds of potential customers, but if that is true, then when there is finally a cash sale, one would think that would be memorable. In the meantime, I purchased a second stairlift from a competitor, which was installed in less than three (3) weeks from purchase for my first floor to the basement because of the salesperson, the long wait for installation w/AmeriGlide, price, and other factors. The AmeriGlide installer, Gavin S., was very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced, and went out of his way to help me. He explained how to use the stairlift and how to obtain help if needed. He provided extra help and was very understanding about my needing to use a wheelchair/walker to let him into the house. Overall, except for the sales transaction and the long wait for installation (seven weeks), I am very pleased with the RAVE2 unit.

My wife has been using two sets of Ameriglide RAVE 2 systems (one to upstairs and one to the basement). They have been a godsend, allowing us to remain in our multilevel home.
I'm pretty handy with tools and found the installation straight forward. It helped picking up the components at the factory, where their tech was able to demonstrate how things go together and what to watch for.
Overall, I'd give the RAVE 2 a 6 star for value, able to install myself, and the company support.

Saw AmeriGlide products while looking for an affordable stair-lift. After reviewing the products, I called and spoke with Taylor. He was a wealth of knowledge and answered my 5 specific questions. He explained some of the features and helped me decide if they were necessary for a 4 step staircase. Fully satisfied with what I heard from Taylor, decided to buy a second stair-lift for my In-laws!

Working with Taylor to replace our Church's very old and ailing stair lift was a very pleasant and professional experience. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in asking all the right questions to assure we ordered exactly what we needed. IMHO he's a keeper.

I'm very impressed with my new Rave 2 stairlift. From AmeriGlide It was delivered on the weekend and installed today the response time was great. I would gladly recommend. Happy customer.

After having some issues with the website I called to put in my order. I had the pleasure of speaking to John , who was extremely helpful and provided me with some great information! I recommend calling and speaking to someone. Its more personal and they make the process smooth

I told my wife I actually received good customer service for the first time in a long time. Responses were timely and helpful. I would definitely use these guys again!!

My experience was Amer glide was great. I doubt with Craig. He made everything smooth and easy. He knew his job do it. Well I gave him a five because that’s all they love me but to me he was a 10 very polite very courteous downright good. I would order through that company again. everything was handled fast and smooth.

My conversations with Abby about the stairlift were exceptional. Her customer service is excellent. She answered every question and worked with me to purchase the stairlift on my timeline. No pressure sales. Thank you Abby for a great experience working with you.

Darnell was super helpful and got our order fulfilled directly when Amazon was out of stock. Grateful for his attention to detail and his diligence. He is an asset to the company. It remains TBD as to the quality of the product itself, pending installation and use.

Quality product at a fair price. The product was ordered online Sunday evening, so I made a follow up call on Tuesday to verify the order. I had no trouble in reaching real people who were very helpful and went over the order with me to make sure I had ordered everything that I would need to install the Rave 2. I received a text the next day stating that the order had been processed and would be shipping soon. I received an email by Wednesday evening with a UPS tracking number. 5 Star Service!!

Personal rapport with a companies representative is crucial for a smooth experience. Throughout my interactions with Caleb, this has proven true once again. He’s been friendly, professional, quickly provides info and updates so I feel as much in control of the project as possible. In that way, I feel we are a unified team. Rare and greatly appreciated.

Took just a moment to get connected to the sales person- he was very knowledgeable and helpful in talking through our 17 step straight stairway application. We were very serious about getting this going quickly & are doing our own installation. The price was reasonable so we ordered it. Expecting to see the Rave 2 unit in about 5 days via UPS. Happy to get this item underway.

Roger Adams was the best customer service representative we have ever had the pleasure of working with on the chairlift. After working with other companies we were happy to make the decision without being pressured. Thank you Roger for giving us the information and allowing us to make the right decision.

Cameron was fantastic he helped me find what work for me and helped me with veteran discount and encouraged it be delivered and setup ASAP to make my life easier!!!
