Once they have your sale they don’t care
Purchased two lounges from Amart and initially everything seemed fine. Once the sale was done, the service completely dropped off.
We were given a 5 to 8 week timeframe, which has already been exceeded. Communication has been poor the entire way through. When we were finally told the lounge had arrived, organising delivery was unnecessarily difficult. There was no flexibility, no clear answers, and no confirmed delivery date. The lounges are now being delivered over a week after arriving, which is unacceptable.
I went into store to try and get clarity and finalise things, and was met with zero urgency, no empathy, and no real attempt to help resolve anything. It felt like once the purchase was made, customer service no longer mattered.
On top of that, I was given incorrect or incomplete information around payment options, which only added to the frustration.
I have since made contact to lodge a complaint and ask for support, and have still received no response.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no follow-up. Would not recommend

Had a very positive experience buying from Amart furniture. We purchased our new lounge during the black Friday sales and were very happy with how it all went right down to the delivery. The lounge is fantastic and we are very happy. It looks great in the space and has lifted the whole room. Amart were great at keeping us informed when the product was ready for delivery and we really liked the easy way to book in the delivery. The real time tracking of the driver on the delivery day was fantastic. Well done.
Outstanding Customer Service, Products and Pricing
The staff at the Warrawong store were exceptional to deal with. Rvi provided outstanding assistance throughout our purchase and was extremely helpful. The quality of the outdoor furniture we purchased was significantly superior to that offered by other local furniture retailers. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Lauren for her assistance in finalising the purchase and pricing.

In store service was great and not pushy. We were not pressured in to a purchase and were able to get what we actually wanted.

No staff offered help. I had to try and find the items in my own and waited 10mins plus before someone came to counter to serve

If I ever have to buy any furniture in the future I will be going to see Maddie at the Warrawong store. She was sensational. In a world I think customer service is dying, Maddie showed some people are still very good at it. She helped me with absolutely everything. Thanks Maddie.

Customer service at both the warrawong Amart shopfront and the warehouse on pick up was fantastic- obliging, friendly, attentive.
Unfortunately, when I went to pick up the chairs , the cardboard boxes were damaged, with minor damage to the furniture.

I was impressed with the website and how user friendly it is. I was very impressed with the photo's and the specs. I was absolutely impressed with how the warehouse team kept me informed about delivery days in my area, and gave me the opportunity to change to the next weekend that suits me. All in all, totally chuffed with your store and staff
