Great service by staff. Will shop there again

Had a great sales person at the Rutherford store. He answered all my questions about the package I had chosen. He was very helpful and I walked out feeling very confident and excited about my purchase. Was pleasantly surprised on how quickly my purchase was going to be delivered.

The product was delivered in an unacceptable condition. The lounge arrived with a visible stain, despite being sold as brand new. This immediately raised concerns about quality control and whether the item had been properly inspected before delivery.

What made the experience worse was how the issue was handled. The only resolutions offered were a small discount or store credit, both of which required me to keep a defective item and waive my warranty rights for the issue. This is not a fair or reasonable outcome for a product that arrived damaged.

I requested either a replacement in brand new condition or a full refund with collection, which I believe is a standard expectation in this situation. However, my follow up email has gone unanswered, which has been frustrating and disappointing.

Overall, this experience has been poor due to both the condition of the product and the lack of appropriate customer service. Better quality checks, fairer resolution options, and more responsive communication would significantly improve the experience.

We came in with 2 different expectations and left with a couch that we both love. The sales agent Daryl was so helpful. After showing us multiple couches (some a few times) He was able to sort out what we both wanted and we were able to fine the perfect fit. Truly a great experience.

The staff were very polite and engaging throughout the process of buying to collecting.

Staff had great knowledge and had no secrets about the product. Even knows the history of the product and was happy to discuss how it has improved over time.
Check out was easy also with a friendly staff member on the desk.
The only downside is now waiting for the product to be made and sent.

Darryl from the Rutherford Amart store was excellent and we really appreciated his help in choosing a lounge. The range of lounges is very large but Darryl listened to our wishlist and directed us to the ones that suited. It saved so much time and we ended up buying one that we would have overlooked if not for his help.

Simon from Amart was so warm and genuinely helpful. To be honest, we were just browsing, but he was that good I wasn’t going anywhere. He was selling without even trying — just friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to.
The only thing I’d add is that other staff could really learn from him. There were at least six staff on the floor, and Simon was the only one who seemed interested in accommodating us. The others weren’t very helpful or willing to answer even a simple question.
Simon definitely made our experience 😊

We found Lachlan to be friendly, knowledgeable about the product we were looking at and we didn't feel pressured at all.
We were pleasantly surprised when he told us it could be delivered this Wednesday 😊

Customer service is outstanding.
They helped in every possible way with any questions and options of what I was looking for in a lounge.
I had delivery of my lounge in 2 days delivery went great and was updated by a tracking app right up to it was arriving.
Im very pleased with my purchase.

Went looking for a 2 seater lounge and found one we liked at a good brilliant price, then saw a Silverwood dining table and bench seats, we ended up buying it as was well because it was again a brilliant price and the wife wanted a new dining table, so like a good husband I didn't argue, then salesman, Simon, mentioned the Silverwood bed side tables were on sale, yep you guessed it we bought one of those as well, our salesman Simon was polite and friendly, never once did he pressure us into buying anything we didn't want or need, highly recommend Amart Rutherford.

Excellent customer service and timely delivery, staff were all so helpful in picking out our perfect lounge 10/10 would recommend to others!

The design of the furniture we chose stood out from other items we had seen elsewhere and the pricing whilst on special was exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate and it was a pleasure to deal with them.

When we arrived I was amazed at how big the store was. The sales team didn't rush us and when we had a question the sales assistant was very helpful. We ended up buying a lounge and again the sales assistant was terrific. Recommend to anyone.
