Faulty recliner and paid set up - not completed
1 order of 4 x items. First 2 delivered and installed as per $60 charge for installation, we were assured the next 2 items at a later delivery date would be installed with no extra charge. They were delivered and not installed/set up. The sales person didn’t communicate with the warehouse. To make it worse one of the lounges (recliner) is faulty. Also haven’t received the promotion voucher (had to wait for them to be delivered even though it was paid in full 3 months prior) I have reached out to the company.

Gage fabric 2 seater electric recliners
A mart is consistent with communication and the delivery was next level. I was able to track the driver in real time no wasting time staying home all day. All the staff were also very helpful even if they didn’t take the sale.
