Customer service was very good and knowledge on lounges was very helpful. Pointed out things I did not notice. Price was good and quickly emailed.

The salesman Karl from A-Mart in Morayfield was great. He helped to confirm exactly the item I was looking for, checked that there was stock, allowed me to pay while on the sales floor and then assisted me to retrieve the item from the store. Really good service.

Delivery guys are amazing, delivery schedule was so easy, even I purchase too early before our turn over date of our house commence they still keep my order and deliver it when we are ready.

Good communication staff very professionalno issue with the staff The product not so good The Cantwell out door table and chairs. The washers to attach the legs to the table were too small and did not fit the bolts had to be edrilled a very fiddly job plus the leg holes and table holes for attaching the leg didn't line up and needed some fiddling spending over $1500 for table and 8 chairs the QC on the product(table) was not flash I cannot recommend the table the chairs were OK

More staff need to be a vigilant, knowledgeable and committed as Julie who helped and guided us towards the perfect furniture that suited our needs.

The Salesman Steve, was so helpful and gave me time to walk away and think, without hassling me . I went to a different store and came back within half an hour, and waited for Steve to reappear again, before making my purchase.

Amart gave us an excellent shopping experience, not only did we find a lovely dining table ( after searching through a dozen other furniture stores🙄) but it was well priced and with a five year warranty and their customer service was great along with the easiest delivery service. Very happy customers!
