Update! They shipped it to the wrong address. A place called "florida, California"Is no street no zip. I still haven't gotten an email after a dozen attempts to contact them and I've spend 60$ and received nothing. Do not waste your money!!!!!
it just me or do all the reviews seem as though they are written by the same person? And back to back for that matter. My item is not a personalized item and other than my payment and an order confirmation email I haven't received anything yet. I finally just contacted customer service because I found a way to "track (my) package" but it has no information in the US. So if I hear from customer service I'll update my review. As of now, especially after reading the reviews (by a person saying "worth the wait" in so many ways but never saying exactly how long they ACTUALLY waited, I feel I got ripped off.
Ordered 3-13 and as of 3-29 no shipping email no tracking number, and previous attempts to contact service resulted in "Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@amarleyjewelry" and finally "The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect"
I gave it 3 as of now. Will change either higher (if I get my jewelry and it's worthy) or lower (if I don't hear from CS or if I get ripped off).
