After paying for the ring, I was asked for another $70.00 . I didn’t give him any more money and refused the package. Now I’m waiting the the charge to be returned!

My package was not properly delivered…
My package was not properly delivered leading to me not receiving my package. I did not receive a USPS tracking number so there is no way of me contacting the post office. Very poor communication from URock support team, taking over 4 business days to reply to their online chat and emails. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

The main issue was the cheap packaging
The main issue was the cheap packaging. Embarrassing.
The earrings just flip all over on a single piece of regular cardboard because the cardboard is much bigger than earrings makes earrings look much smaller.
There wasn’t even a simple jewelry box not even a pouch inside packaging.
I searched and luckily found a small jewelry box in my wife’s drawer.
Thinking I would get away with it she said, what did you do with the earrings that were originally in that box??
But she seemed to like the earrings, So Far!!
We paid $149.00 but they look worth it
