Avoid. High non-refundable fees and limited donor pool.

Do not use unless you are happy to take whatever match they provide you. They take high upfront fees (c£3000) and are not able to match specific requirements successfully as our experience is that their donor pool is very limited, but they do not provide refunds if they have provided you with details of one donor over the course of the year, even if that donor does not meet your initial requirements. Avoid, and instead use an agency or clinic that does not insist on upfront fees before a suitable match has been found and agreed.
